The specials (eggplant rollatini and the grilled calamari) were creative, the menu items were to die for, (the chicken rollatini and the salmon) and the desserts (pistachio gelato and the raspberry crumb cheesecake) heavenly!! Tonight for my husband’s birthday was so special because of Monroe’s! It was our first time there and it felt like “home.” We will definitely be back! Thank you all for an impeccable job! We highly recommend you go to visit Monroe’s! It’s one of our new favorites! I would give them more than 5 stars across the board, if the system allowed! 🥰“

“Season's 52 at Roosevelt Field is an excellent restaurant. They have a variety of "gluten-sensitive" offerings. The flatbread starters are distinctive--at least for a person with an allergy to gluten. The ambience is generally fine. I generally prefer very quiet restaurants. Indeed, I would prefer a room for only my party. However, I am able to hear other people in a party of four with little difficulty in the this restaurant.“

“The service was quick, friendly, and responsive. The food was excellent, and the steak cooked perfectly to order. A rare experience I find too often as I order well-done. It was a 'school' night and the place was quiet enough to have a good two hour chat with our meal. Good service. Excellent food. Nice ambiance. Frankly, that's all a restaurant ever needs to offer. “Obsessed with this hidden gem from the same group as Blackbird Kitchen. Their oven roasted wings and house salad are sooo good. Arancini was good but not worth getting again. The jalapeno pie was to die for and I’ll probably get it every time moving forward. The leek & prosciutto pie was next level and the spinach pie was also excellent for something different. Colin was a solid server. Definitely plan a visit here“

“We dined at the Majors Restaurant in East Meadow. Dinner was delicious. I have no complaints about that. Here is my issue. Little, but it’s the principle. My husband ordered a cup of coffee after our $158 Dinner. The coffee came and when he put milk in it, I noticed it was really dark. I tasted it. WOW it was burnt, old & muddy. I called the waiter over and asked for a new brewed cup of coffee. He came back with a cup from the SAME pot. Normally I would of just moved on & left it. But when the bill came we were charged $3.50. For 1 cup of burnt coffee? Sorry it was the principle. If you are going to charge your clients $3.50 for a cup of coffee, invest in a Keurig where every cup is fresh. You make a great margin per cup?“

“We worked the same event yesterday and I knew right away I would be visiting them for my lunch! So amazing and the ladies were super friendly! I tried the Taco, Bacon Mac & Cheese, Philly Cheesesteak, and Banana Nutella. I Hope to see them at another event soon so I can try the other flavors (I heard the spinach artichoke is a must have!)“

“Absolutely phenomenal restaurant. I don’t rate this high often for restaurants, but this Ruth Chris location impressed me. For starters, when I walked in I was greeted right away and was seated right away. Then as soon as I was seated, we got water and were greeted by our server promptly. The server took our order and got a lemonade for us promptly, and even refilled it twice without me even having to ask. Our appetizer, fried calamari came out a few minutes after the first lemonade and tasted very good. The sauce it came in was rather unique, and made it better than many other restaurants that I’ve dined at prior to this location. The steak came out rather fast in my opinion. In under 40 minutes, I had my food and the sides, correctly cooked and prepared in-front of me and the tasted pretty good. My only concern with this place was that the steak had just a little bit too much salt on it, but it didn’t impact my ability enjoy it so I didn’t feel the need to complain about it. The manager even showed concern for our enjoyment, and checked on us once personally. The desserts were also pretty good, we ordered two cheesecakes and they tasted pretty good and the portions were just right. As for pricing, I thought it was pretty fair. 3 lemonades and a chocolate milk for 5$ is an amazing deal compared to many other places, and I think that compensates significantly for the price point of the food, which I thought was also typical of a steakhouse. Overall, the food was pretty good, the ambience was spot on and the place wasn’t too loud, and didn’t have ridiculous music playing, and the service, well I can say our waitress was one of the hardest workers that I’ve seen in a restaurant in quite some time so I give huge credits to her efforts. Only thing I don’t like about the location is the parking can get crazy at times due to the Roosevelt field nearby, but luckily I was able to find parking easily nearby the restaurant when I went there. I would normally penalize a place if the parking situation is crazy, but since this is one of the biggest malls in the country, I will give a free pass for that. Overall very nice restaurant, and if I’m ever in the area again I would definitely come back. Overall 30 miles I drove to get here, and I was definitely not disappointed unlike steakhouses that are even farther west than this one.
