“Amazing food! This is our fourth visit here. Definitely worth the drive from Baldwinsville. We had the seafood chowder today and that was a meal in itself … and we split the bowl! Rich, hearty and delicious - it rivals some of the best chowders we’ve had in Cape Cod. My husband had the Elvis Burger and I had the brisket. Brisket was tender and flavorful! Love the fries here and they actually know how to make coleslaw!!“

“We had a party of 12 and were very happy how accomodating they were for us on a very busy morning. The food was excellent. The waitress was fun and she'll certainly remember us...and my "brown gravy" for my pancakes.... We highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Thank you for an outstanding holiday meal! Thirteen of us dined in the loft, which everyone loved. Most of us ordered the Thanksgiving dinner and everyone raved over it - 10/10. Appetizers, desserts, and drinks couldn't have been better. And the service and ambience was truly great. This year was a bit of a change of pace for our family and we're grateful for the holiday hospitality that made the gathering special.“

“Ate here for breakfast while on vacation and enjoyed it so much that we went back for lunch the following day. Great food, great portions for the price, excellent service. Was very happy with everything that my group of 5 ate. Will definitely return next time we're in the area!“

“I miss the days of greasy spoons on weekends. This was a nice treat as I stopped by passing through town. The diner had a nice homey feel, and the food was good. I had a sausage, peppers, and onion omelet with Itlaian toast and coffee. Food was up in about 10 minutes. The waitress was kind and attentive.If I lived in town, that would be a place I would frequent most weekends.“

“Food is great, service was pretty good. Everything is made on location, even bread & desserts. Best restaurant in Rome, easily. I had a "lobster tail" for dessert (flaky pastry in shape of lobster tail filled with chocolate mousse). It was off-the-charts-GREAT. Go! Prices are very decent, food is great.“

“Usually like the food at Mr Gs - I ordered fried fish dinner. Fish was overcooked, coating so hard on bottom of the 2 pieces. The mashed potatoes very dark and dry. The cole slaw was gross, it didnt seem like cabbage, more like kale. Since it was comped I didnt say anything. My wifes brolied fish was ok. The menu is the same old, week in and week out. A prime rib is offered on Weds in December, but why not have prime rib on weekends? Anyways not good last nite but will go again.“

“Great meal. We were out for our Sunday drive and stopped in about mid afternoon for an early dinner. They were not real busy and we were seated right off. Our waitress was wonderful....very friendly and took great care of us. We both had their Turkey dinner which was fresh turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots & cranberry sauce. This was served with your choice of soup or salad and rolls. Excellent!“
“We hosted the Rehearsal Dinner of our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding at The Mason Jar in April 2025. The atmosphere, decor, space and food offered us a relaxing and comfortable “night before” celebration! The staff was outstanding! So friendly and welcoming to our group. Joanne was so great to work with during planning and at the dinner. The bartender and wait staff were attentive and personable. Overall a great experience! Thank you!“

“2 visits to this bar and I have an OFFICIAL REVIEW!!!!!The first night I had a few beers with my buddy and some homemade wings. The sauces and wings themselves were made to perfection. Service was on point and definitely there when needed. The second visit I ate a burger and fries with a few more beers. GET THIS.... the bartender both times (thursday) did it all!!!! She's amazing!!!I've gotta recommend this bar because of service, football / ufc / soccer / baseball on the tvs at all times, nice dart boards, super clean and modern bathrooms, beautiful spacious outdoor enclosed patio that can seat probably 80 people including a band, very clean kitchen, outside appearance is clean as well, and the hospitality is 'Best In Class!!!'Go. Go tonight. Your gonna have a great time, great food, great conversation and meat great people. Enjoy and have fun!“

“We arrived and were able to be immediately seated by a window overlooking Oneida Lake. this was on an early Sunday evening. There is live music and a tiki bar as well as outside seating if that is your preference. All three if our dinners were good as well as our appetizers. The service was prompt and friendly.“

“I'm not a sports fan at all but the vibe here was very nice. Lots of tv's to watch and a bunch of sports memorabilia in the walls.
The workers were all super nice and exactly what you want when you go to a restaurant.
I had the white broccoli and spinach flatbread with some grilled chicken on it and it was very good. It could've benefitted from some seasoning as it was a bit bland, but it is something I would get again.“

“My family and I went to Oneida Dennys 8/15/25. We were greeted right away, sat and got our drinks fairly quickly. Our server Rhonda was an amazing server. She was attentive and polite and get our food order in asap. The food was alright could have been cooked a little longer but it was pretty busy. She asked us if we needed anything more and how our food was. We need more servers like Rhonda! She was exceptional, kept us in mind and was ontop of everything we needed very good.“

“I treated myself to breakfast and it was wonderful! My server got my order in before the big table of 10, so my service was quick! I enjoyed the broccoli and cheese omelette with sourdough toast. Very filling and worth the price. The coffee was good too-just what I'd expect at a diner. All-in-all, a great little local diner!“
