“After wandering the beautiful Ringwood manor property I had a craving for Buffalo chicken wrap. We saw the rating of Characters and walked in. It was St Patrick’s day. The bagpiper was entertaining and it was full. Yet the servers were gracious and caring and patient l. We couldn’t get our Buffalo wrap as it was a special menu but we enjoyed the thin crust, most delicious Buffalo chicken pizza. The bread was warm and soft. We had a lovely evening. Try this place.“

“I stopped in here to try their spicy wing challenge flavor wings to see if I'd be up for the challenge on my next visit. I bought a 6 piece to try @ home & all I can say is either they didn't give me the right sauce, ( which they confirmed 3 times it was right) or , I'll be flying through the challenge easily next week.“

“Very friendly and attentive staff! This was a great experience. Bread came out with a plate of delicious mozzarella and tomato in olive oil (complimentary). I had shrimp parm that was very tasty. Loved the sauce. I ordered it with the roasted potatoes, and although I thought they were a bit lacking in flavor (need some spice or something), I was so happy that I had a choice of pasta, salad, or potato. My husband had the chicken sorrentino and really liked that too. He ordered it with a salad and that also was good. We ordered two desserts. Cannoli was good, but I've had better. My husband really enjoyed the banana pudding. Then they gave us zeppoles on the house, which we had to take home as we were already stuffed with good food. Highly recommend this place!“

“In my opinion, Perusia has the best thin crust pizza in town, we also loved the mussels, ravioli, bolognese, & tortellini. We were there for our Daughters birthday party today, and she and her friends loved the pizza, spaghetti & meatballs, & the pasta pomodoro and had a great time. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice, they held our birthday cake overnight for us and allowed us to decorate the table an hour before hand while the kids were at the escape room in the next shopping center. “Order their drunken grandma with garlic knots tonight for dinner. When my husband brought it home it smelled amazing! The vodka sauce had a nice flavor to it. Not too acidic. Crust was nice and thin. The garlic knots where so light and fluffy as well as loaded with garlic and Parmesan cheese. I would definitely order it again!“

Appetizer sampler was a great way to try a few things at once!I'm both happy and upset that they have several new desserts, too! I wish they had a sampler for that (!) “My family and I each enjoyed fantastic service and food at Pazza today. We were offered seats in or outdoors and chose to sit inside. I have celiac and absolutely loved their gluten-free penne shrimp fra diavolo! So spicy and delicious. We all left feeling happy and very full!“

“Had a wonderful experience at al di la! We arrived a little before 12 pm and was empty so we got to enjoy the quiet but it got filled up while we were sitting. The atmosphere is calm. There isn't a very bug menu but the food is really good. We had their famous salad pizza and didn't disappoint! We also ordered a hot coca which was perfect for this cold rainy day and a delicious salmon pizzaoili. The Eggplant rollantini was good as well. Will definitely be coming back here!“

This establishment is run by the most welcoming, humble business owner (Billy) I have ever met. However, his food does all the talking as its always fresh and tasty. The pizza crust is perfectly crisp every time. The ratio of cheese to sauce is spot on. The toppings are high quality. The flavors complement each other in such that you can taste all the ingredients. The marinara sauce used for the other dishes has a nice balance and does not overwhelm the dish it is served with. The Sicilian slice is probably one of the best I have ever had. The grilled chicken pesto sandwich, and the grilled chicken broccoli rabe cooked to order is amazing. Also, one of my favorites is the eggplant as I can eat that every day, not too thick, not too thin. The bread is always crispy and fresh. After your meal, there is always a Thank You coming from the staff as you walk out with a smile on your face.“

We never eat at the restaurant....only do take out so I can't comment on the in restaurant service but the take out is prompt and if they have any questions about the order, they actually call to make sure they get it correct.
