“We were looking for somewhere to grab a bite to eat before going to a lecture at the Merrick Public Library. The photos of the food looked fabulous, so we decided to give Bourbon & Brews a try. We were greeted by Will, who rocks, offering happy hour specials and cocktails in a pint glass. Burgers were great, and the nachos were superior. Definitely will be back!“

“I had a fantastic dining experience at Mann Sarka Asian Bistro! The menu offers a great variety of both kitchen entrees and sushi. We ordered the General Tso's Chicken and a few of their Chef Special Rolls, including the 'Out of Control' roll. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The service was prompt and attentive. Highly recommend this spot in Floral Park if you are craving high-quality Asian fusion!“

“We held a family fun night in their back room this weekend, about 30 people. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! Thank you Amy & Jenny for such great bartending & waitressing!! And since they bought DiMaggios next door the food has taken a step up from their normally great food and specials. The place looks really nice, too! “I’ve been coming to this bar since last year, and it’s always a great experience. The environment is welcoming, relaxed, and fun. The bartenders are very nice, polite, and make you feel right at home.
They also have karaoke nights on Wednesdays and Saturdays, which are always a blast. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time with great service.“

“This place was amazing! My family of six including me loved it! Our waitress named Jenny, memorized our order and got it right when it was brought out! She was also very helpful and kind to us! The food was also great! It tasted really good! The atmosphere was also really nice with some tvs for entertainment! Lastly, they also had a jukebox where you can pay credits to play a song! They had several safety measures in place that made everyone feel comfortable in their establishment. The staff work with me with our constant changes and were very helpful throughout the whole process. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the party we would recommend it to friends and family.“

“After being rudely treated at Your Mother’s House, my friends and I impulsively decided to stop by Angry Gnome to finish watching the Knicks game and celebrate our friend’s birthday, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the bouncer and the owner, Harry, were kind, and accommodating.
I had brought a birthday cake with me and asked Harry if it would be okay to bring it out, and not only did he say yes, but he even helped me cut the cake and pass it around to everyone. That level of kindness and hospitality truly stood out and completely turned our night around.
The vibes here were amazing, everyone in the bar was friendly, and the atmosphere felt genuinely welcoming and fun. Thank you to Harry and the staff for making our friend’s birthday fun. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I met a friend for lunch. I got there early but they seated me. I had a chicken Caesar wrap, which was large pieces of white meat chicken and Caesar salad nicely wrapped in a tortilla. It was accompanied by unremarkable fries.
Service was attentive and friendly and they kept my qater glass full.“

“I arrived to the location recommended by a friend who’s considering this location as a b day rendezvous in the near future.
Parking: there’s parking available in a well lit parking lot directly behind the building. There are lights along the entire plaza outside. No major trash or debris. A small spot which still made us feel safe. There’s an entrance / exit there’s well as the front door. There’s parking directly on the main road. We saw a few spots available in the side streets which was a plus.
Business at 8 pm was busy and rustling. A few seats became available at the bar as the crowd rotated. We were promptly greeted by the bartender. We also made eye contact with a wait staff who also went behind the bar POS. The music was at a moderate volume featuring classic reggae sounds throughout the spot. The bar has about 12 seats. There’s are four tv displaying weekly pronouns and local sports. We ordered wings and fries. Both were bright crisp and hot. An indication that grease is rotated fresh. The panko batter for the wings was tasty.
The restroom is located at the back by the entrance. I did not have an opportunity to check this out. The dining room is bright white and modern. There’s a projector and a tv screen in the area. We are observed the climate control is fair with hot food in hot chafing dishes. There are windows which let light in at sunset.
We discussed future dinner plans with owner Jeff. He provided menu options for large parties. He has digital displays of food and menu plans which was impressive.
