“I want to rate this 3 stars out of 5. The food is amazing but customer service not that great. My family was in from out of state and wanted to get take out and I instantly thought about this place. my fiance got the food and came home and my order was missing the cheese on the burger. So, I unfortunately couldn't eat with my family and neither did my fiance because he had to eat his food while driving 20 minutes back to get my food fixed at the restaurant and then 20 minutes back. However, I would still recommend you guys to other people. I would just suggest checking your order before leaving“

“The first time I tried the pretzel croissant I became addicted! All of their croissants are amazing... Their coffee is awesome too! So glad it opened in Southold. Lately, they've been making the pretzel croissants into egg sandwich which I'm sure is delicious too, but I prefer to ask for it alone :) Whoever is making these croissants, thank you Chef!!!!“

Picked up food to go and didn't have to wait long at all plus counter service was spot on! And the food...WOW! And the size was huge in my opinion. And later in the week we got dinner for 6 from them and again, huge servings! If I ever get back in that area, definitely will be going back! Well done, folks... very well done!!“

“Good food, friendly spot, big fan. Been coming here for years. Here's my 1 suggestion: for the takeout ...why not offer online ordering? I have to call for take-out, which usually results in the line being busy (in the summer). If I can't get through I have to go elsewhere, which stinks because I live close by. Then, if I do get through, have to provide my credit card info, which is very 2006. Maybe ownership simply doesn't need the takeout biz and prefers it this way, and that's fine, but remains frustrating nonetheless. Just my .02 cents.“

“Wish we discovered Lenny’s sooner. Immediately took me back to the days I lived in Brooklyn and LI. Lenny’s exceeded my expectations. Fresh ingredients — all bursting with flavor. “Born in New York and grew up in Huntington. This is my First time at Romas and visiting mom from Virginia, my son has never been to any authentic New York pizza joints. So when we tried Roma’s, he had the Sicilian and he told the owner “it’s the best pizza he ever ate”. Coincidentally the owner knows Tony from our local pizza place in Virginia. “Lovely dinner with my family last night. Waitstaff could have came around to keep drinks full and make sure our needs were met. Food was delicious but someone needs to please clean that pizza oven. Burn bottom and crust was a bummer as everything else was very nice. Photo is my take home slices. All three pies were this way. Such a shame. My family came from MA.“
