“I experienced Nettie’s for the first time last evening. My dining experience was excellent from arrival to departure. The food was “DELISH!” The owner was welcoming & hospitable, the service was good, and the music and atmosphere wea awesome! I am so pleased and proud to have a “Black” owned establishment where you can dine in Queens in a tasteful environment, supporting our entrepreneurs and our community. I, along with others will be back!!!“

“The food is perfectly seasoned—flavorful without being too salty. I ordered catfish, BBQ chicken, and meatloaf, accompanied by mac and cheese, string beans, cabbage, and sweet potatoes. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. I rated it a 4 because the aesthetics might make you hesitate, but if you look past that, you won’t regret it; the food is truly soul-satisfying. I highly recommend visiting this establishment for a meal that feeds the soul. It's a small spot and parking on the street can be difficult, also not wheelchair accessible; so... if any of those are your concerns just Uber you'll be glad you did.

“I get tacos weekly! I’m obsessed!! Best Mexican rice I have ever had. The salsa/hot sauce is amazing! Taco shells never fall apart even after being reheated. Meat is always juicy and tender!“

“We always order using delivery apps though wanted to come in for the full experience. SO GLAD WE DID. First off, this has to be one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in. That made me feel really happy. Now to the food! Came for the Taco Tuesday Special and so happy we did. We came very late in the evening so we missed the jerk chicken tacos though I was not disappointed in the jerk beef tacos. Such a great deal and it was delicious. These were the full size tacos, not the minis. Run don’t walk as I’m sure this deal wont last. We also ordered the fried fish and grits , we paid for extra for more fish and so goad we did. I didn’t expect a carribean place to be my new go to fish spot but here we are! We ordered the collard greens which were a little different than the southern style I’m accustomed to though had a spice to kick it up.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. They offered us samples of their new fresh made sea moss which was delicious and we grabbed more to take home.

“Absolutely delicious! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the brisket was melt-in-your-mouth good. The smoky flavor was perfection, and the sides were spot on. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere made for a fantastic dining experience. Will definitely be back for more!“

“Super busy area! The line always a little lengthy. We tried the Calaloo, chickpea and veggies patties. The first time they were fresh and really good. The next time we visited they were subpar. Each Pattie is $3.50 right now. I will say they put a good amount of filling into the patties and a couple of them will get you full.“
