Roasted half chicken. Tender and crisped skin. Unctuous stock/sauce. A bit too heavily salted (but I think that is a theme, watching the chef on the fire).

Really enjoyed the Wild Arc Farm Marquette. Earthy upstate red.“

“On vacation as a joke, we searched for "the worst bar near me" which led us to this amazing little place. We had the absolute best food! The waitstaff was attentive, fun, and helpful. Prices & portions were fair. The whole vibe of the area was low-key & pleasant with the dog-friendly patio, next door local shops, and other patrons. If these Wisconsintes find ourselves in Jersey City again, we will absolutely make a dedicated return to the Wurstbar!“

Overall, we had a really nice time at this place. The atmosphere was pleasant, and everything we ordered tasted great.
However, the service was just a little *too* fast. The staff was incredibly attentive, but they started clearing dishes and taking plates from our table before we were completely finished. It made us feel a bit rushed to wrap up our meal.
Everything else was wonderful, but a little more breathing room between courses would make the experience perfect!“

He was professional, respectful, patient, and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish.

When I arrived, my order was ready exactly as requested. The food exceeded my expectations—the burger was cooked perfectly, the fries were hot, fresh, and crispy, and the lemonade was refreshing. Everything tasted fresh and was clearly prepared with care.

Added chilli cheese fries and their famous Chopped Cheese.\nEven though it was very early so there wasn't many people there the staff immediately made us feel like home.
