“Bubble teas here are the best. Bubbles are always fresh. The owner(s) are super kind. They made sure customers are happy with the amount of bubbles. Every weekend while we are in town, we would ask my son to drive 30 minutes (one way)

High quality espresso from OSLO Roasters. I even buy the beans from them for coffee at home. The drinks are always crafted with care and they circulate creative seasonal drink specials. ☕️

The kitchen is outrageous! The chefs keep it interesting with weekly specials. One of my recurring favorites is the chorizo breakfast burrito. The chicken avocado club is also a favorite of mine. 🌯

And they are always hosting fun, creative events! You never know what event Juan, the owner, has up his sleeve. From live music after hours to local artisanal vendor markets and ceramic class pop ups, Northside has really ingrained itself in the community. ❤️“

“This has to be my FAVORITE boba tea shop in Staten Island! It has a great variety of boba teas to try so you can try something different every time!! My favorite has to definitely be getting the smoothies and adding popping boba. The owner is super sweet and makes the drinks always taste good when I go. “Veteran owned! I appreciate how law enforcement/ military friendly this cafe is- especially considering the location and the current political climate. How lovely it was to be somewhere that celebrated those who put their lives on the line to protect us.

The interior is much larger than it seems from the outside, with plenty of spaced apart tables for private conversations.

The menu was extremely affordable and surprisingly extensive for a local coffee shop (they have a kitchen in the back and everything is prepared fresh).

Only downfall is the difficulty to find parking and the little to no gluten free options. Please add gluten free bread or pastries!!“

“I highly recommend Beans & Leaves! We hired them to provide a coffee bar for our daughter’s engagement brunch, and they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. On the morning of the event — with snow on the ground — Danielle, one of the owners, personally called to confirm everything was still on. She shoveled herself out and drove in from New Jersey to be there. That level of dedication and professionalism truly speaks volumes. The coffee bar was a huge hit with our guests. Espresso drinks, flavored lattes, oat milk options — everything was crafted fresh and tasted amazing. The setup was polished and added such a special touch to the celebration. Professional, reliable, and delicious. I would absolutely use them again for any special event.“

“I was delighted to receive a beautiful molded chocolate Christmas tree surrounded by chocolate covered pretzels and graham crackers and highlighted by red velvet Cherries, made by OYM Chocolatiers. It made the perfect centerpiece for my Christmas table. We were even more thrilled when we snapped off a piece and discovered the high quality chocolate it was made from. The food was fresh, the drinks were amazing, and the service was outstanding. The person who made the drinks was super attentive and offered great recommendations. The atmosphere has that perfect cozy coffee shop feel, making it a great place to either get some work done or just relax with a drink and snack. I only wish they had a location in Brooklyn or the city—and if they do, someone please let me know!“
