Even if they don't show it to customers, it's critical that at least the staff have access to this information to be able to alert customers whether or not their allergen is in a particular food item.“

It was perfect: just the right thickness, crisp breading, smothered in mozzarella, and topped with a sauce that had a great garlic flavor. Easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere. I snagged a bite of my wife’s prime rib and that was excellent too. Service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the bread with garlic oil before the meal was a nice touch. No starter salad, but the generous portions made up for it. If you’re a Chicken Parm fan, this spot is absolutely worth the stop!“

“to the people commenting on the lack of ambiance...? i think it is fine. for me the music is "ambient" enough, along with the lovely wall mural, and photos showing what the food is....not to mention the collection of both holly AND "bolly"wood stars and starlets, adorning a back side wall. the dining area is always SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, and the bathroom shines. they keep the prices very reasonable, which is a HUUGE plus for me. the food is always great, fresh, and tasty, not to mention a lot healthier than the traditional american diet. staff is attentive. i never felt they "watch to see how many dishes you take", as someone suggested. they are likely making sure people get FRESH plates with every visit to the steam tables., since this is actually a restaurant/buffet health law...i have never ever, once felt like they wanted to "rush" me out. they are always very welcoming and accommodating.. I had the salmon burger and my partner had the fish sandwich. Both delish. Atmosphere is perfect, nice, but not stuffy. Reasonable prices. What a lucky find!“

“We were there on June 4th Unbeknownst to us it was the start of Belmont week in Saratoga. The city was mobbed with people great to see. But not great on walk in dining. We were told it would be an hour wait because of all the reservations they had. This was not part of our plan of course. We then spotted an outdoor table in the shade. We grabbed it and the rest is history. We were greeted by Eli our server who by the way is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to craft beer. He managed to recommend beers for all three of us that were delicious. Outstanding job Eli. We shared a spicy little pizza and a charcuterie board and both were awesome. What a great experience from start to finish. great beer and food spells a good time and we will be back for more in the future“

We also had an order of the crispy spring rolls that are garnished with fantastic pickled daikon radish & carrot sticks & fresh cucumber slices. I would love more of the pickled vegetable garnish! When my order for Prime Rib was not cooked to order, they replaced it not only with the correct preferred doneness, but it was replaced in a timely manner and with a genuine desire to please me as a customer. “First timer for a family lunch. Everyone loved the Mac & Cheese (with the breadcrumb topping). I had the chicken sandwich and it was a five star meal along with homemade sweet potato chips. My wife had the grilled cheese and tomato soup which she gave three stars. My daughter had the chili and she and I agreed it was the weal link in the experience. Clean place, fast service and the chicken sandwich is why I give this place a solid four stars. Try it for yourself.“

However, we don't get to go in person much, so we've been trying to order delivery frequently during the past 2 months and their courier (at this time, Uber) has made it an extremely unpleasant and unreliable experience almost every time. In fact, after just spending over an hour today on the phone with Uber Eats over a $60 order, only to be told by Uber Eats that we'll have to pay the full amount if we cancel an order that is an hour late (due to Uber Eats lack of competent drivers in the area, nothing at all to do with ABW), we won't be ordering from here until there's a better option. Uber Eats is definitely the problem. Hoping to see this place on Doordash someday, so we can enjoy reliable fast pickup & delivery.“

“Food is great and service is great. The only issue I have is your gift card policy between Albany and Saratoga. I’ve had family be told you can use a gift card at either location and I have been told it must be used where it was purchased? My parents bought a gift card at the Albany location for my wife and I. The back of the card had Saratoga on it. Thankfully, we presented the gift card receipt after being told we could only use it in Saratoga when the receipt showed it was purchased in Albany. Thankfully, the server and the manager didn’t give up on the situation and were able to manually enter the card number in despite the magnetic strip on the card not working. Bravo to them! However, the only gift cards you are able to purchase in Albany say Saratoga on the back. So if you have a gift card, you better bring a gift card receipt or you may not be able to use it. I hope you guys look at the policy. My only negative. Other than that sushi is fresh and quick and great service !“

Even though it was busy I noticed her being very attentive to other customers.. esp refilling drink, in which you dont see waitress do these days. “Great happy hour spot. Don't arrive during happy hour for a dinner table without a reservation on a weekend night. High tops are seated for dinner guests only when guests finally are done with the long happy hour.

Drink specials at happy hour are worth the trip but someone has to wait in line at the door at 4:30 for high top seating. Meeting people at happy hour is easy because seating is close and you can hear everyone's chatter.

Well staffed. Good service. Catering takeout is easy and consistent.
