“Very friendly staff here, they asked me if wanted to eat in or take out, they said have a seat when I said eat in and was very quick to give the salad and my sauces. Plus when I whole meal there were walked back to ask me if wanted hot sauce and how I enjoyed it. Really good service, you can tell they take pride in there food here. So the salad was pretty straightforward, but I love that green dressing I got with it, really wanted more for it. Fries were piping hot and fresh cut, plus lightly salted, definitely a plus. Chicken was well seasoned and I loved the skin, not burnt and not rubbery. The meat itself was juicy and fall off the bone tender. Now the rice, was alright, but bit sad it was not as fresh as everything else, it felt bit cold, like was made a while ago. If was piping hot like the fries would be totally fine. Overall this whole meal that comes with a can of soda was $13.50, very hard to whole meal at that price without being shorted. Very good quality for under $20 which other places have no problem playing you.“

“This is the third time I visited this place in a week. I wanted to try every single dish they have. The food is amazing ? and the rotisserie chicken is the juiciest and tastiest I’ve ever eaten in Westchester. The chicken in Chaufa fried rice tasted like it’s been grilled and they added red bell peppers. Their green sauce is delicious with a hint of lime. By far the best Peruvian restaurant. In their Lomo Saltado you have the option on how you want the beef done. The fries were salted which I find unusual cause most Peruvian restaurants don’t salt their fries. I tried their purple corn slushy drink and the mango lemonade good too but too sweet for my liking.“

“Maura’s has some delicious Peruvian food! We got the hanger steak with chimichurri, carne asada tacos, lomo saltado and rice and beans. Everything was amazing and the fresh ingredients used really shined through. We can’t wait to go back.“

“I was at an auto show, when we were ready for lunch I did my Yelp search and El condor was on the top 5 restaurants around the area. We took a chance and try this restaurant and it was a good choice. The menu offers a mix of traditional South American options. It is a low key restaurant but the staff was very friendly. The food was good and would visit again when I am around that area.“
“The restaurant has an aura of welcome. I had the (caldo de mote) Hominy soup. hominy with alittle tripe and a whole lots of beef that melts in you mouth. It also has scallions. I put some fresh squeezed lime. Deeeeelicous! The restaurant is very nicely decorated. The waitresses were very nice and professional. This place can niceless accommodate a couple or a big family.“
“Been meaning to try this place for a while. It's simply delicious.Recommend the Lomo Saltado which is prominently featured on the menu, but the chicken soup is AMAZING as well. I'm pretty sure if hospitals in 2020 had had enough of it the pandemic would have been over in a week.A word of warning if your Spanish is not very good or non existent, none of the staff when I called could speak english. Muddle through, it's worth it.“
