“The omakase consisted of only the freshest possible in New York since most of the fish is sourced from Japan. Tip: Try the mackerel sashimi that comes as a whole fish. After you eat the flesh, they batter frie the body and sugoi!“

“Guys… I’ve been in NYC for almost 2 decades and been living on the block for just over 5yrs. This truck is truly elite. We’re blessed to have this gem in cozy little Sunnyside. Never been disappointed once. Usually get chicken or lamb over rice (or both) and it’s always an insane portion. Not to mention you can ask them for the $1 or $2 extra meat and they basically double the portion. Lamb is never dry no matter how slim the trompo is. Chicken is obviously dark meat and is always juicy. Falafel is on point, rice is textbook. Hats off to these guys. White/hot/BBQ for life 💪🏼“
“Cafe Colombia is an exceptionally delicious, homey spot for bakery and simple breakfast. Must try the oreijas, which are made of well-risen pastry with carom folded in. They are baked to a rich caramel, but flake perfectly when broken or bitten.“

“I personally been ordering from this truck for years! They also deliver! The food was always delicious and the guys are kind. No they don’t speak English and no they are not racist. Sunnyside is a very diverse neighborhood and you see all kinds of people ordering from them.“

“I had lunch there a couple of weeks ago. The food is really very tasty and has a typically Paraguayan flavor. I don't know how they do it but they do it. I returned the next day to bring some typical and gluten-free products, as well as empanadas. 10 out of 10. It is easily accessible, as it is halfway between Manhattan and Flushing on subway line 7, at the 46th Street-Bliss stop, and from there no more than 300 meters along Greenpoint Av.
The place is cozy and well decorated, and the service is excellent. The icing on the cake is that they now offer very good craft beer from their own brand.
Dietary restrictions: Has gluten free options“
