“Fresh meats. Special considerations with cold cuts. Especially cheese and thinly sliced meats. When buying cold cuts, there’s nothing worst then having a clump of meat to peel apart. It does take a few minutes to assure the meats are separated and using additional sheets of paper, but this is the difference in keeping or losing a customer.
