“After few weeks of renovation, this DD has reopened recently. It has drive thru and in store ordering. We stopped by at evening hours. I was supposed to see their donuts fully stocked up at the late hours, usually other Dunkins run out of them by evening. The inside of the store was clean. Got our donuts in 30 seconds. Staff were friendly and happy. Will be visiting this DD more often now.

“We love side door donuts! It’s become a Saturday tradition with our toddler. So many great choices and I have to admit even the plan and cinnamon sugar ones are delicious.

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“This Dunkin’ location is very good. The drinks and food were always great. I’m a big fan of the caramel iced coffee and the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.“

“Visited this establishment recently. service was okay. this blonde girl with glasses was asking if i had seen her duck. i was slightly concerned for her wellbeing, as she showed me a picture of the duck and it was rubber. i said i haven’t seen it. there was also a beautiful lady twerking behind the counter. i asked if i could have the ice spice drink, and she told me they don’t have it anymore. i cried when i went home. drink and food was great. this was a disturbing visit. i loved it. i’m never coming back here.“

“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

“I fell horribly right after getting my order today. The employees all helped me. Gave me water dressed my knee and redid my order free of charge. They were all so caring. Humanity goes a long way. I did not catch their names but Thank you. Shift of 12:30pm. All five of you were compassionate.“

“The service here, especially at the drive thru in the morning is impeccable! Everyone is warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. Today I went inside since the drive thru line was so long and was so impressed by the smooth operation and rapid process they have where they all proactively divide their tasks to get the food and coffee out as quickly as possible. “I need this review to be seen by the manager, I just came from dunkin donuts on Washington street in Pleasantville NY and the guy that works there is absolutely horrible, does not know how to make coffee, talks way to much and has the music blaring, people come in and see him there and leave, you only have a very few good workers there, the ones early in the morning and the older peru women that just went on vacation for 2 weeks, this guy is there by himself and is awful, I always come in for a toasted almond latte 3 sweet & lows & almond milk, the whole cup is filled with almond milk, it's like he poured a whole container of almond milk in my cup with hardly no latte, I pay good money for this coffee and I frequent your dunkin donuts 3 to 4 night's a week, please you must know what is going on there with cameras, the place was disgustingly filthy tonight on top of it, I just found out one of my favorite young girls who worked there when he's there quit and went to Starbucks, I am very disappointed and very angry about this whole matter, please do something about this before you lose a lot of business“

“I had a very pleasant experience here. It was easy to find a spot across the street. I ordered via the app and by the time I walked in my order was waiting for me. Luckily I checked the contents of the bag and noticed I was one doughnut short. When I brought this to the attention of the man and woman behind the counter they almost fell over apologizing to me. I actually felt a bit guilty. Anyway the employees are very nice, the store is very clean, and there are tables and chairs. Also, unlike other Dunkins later in the day, they did not substitute doughnuts, as they were still fully stocked. Nice place.

“The wait is over indeed! Took forever to get to. The highway said Exit 4 Dunkin Donuts. Ok I thought just off the highway. Not a scavenger hunt moving from one sign to DD this way sign to another. Almost gave up. lol.
Place is impressive for a DD. Very clean. A lot of merchandise for sale and display. They even had a DD mountain bike.
I went with an iced latte. Surprised to espresso machines so decided to give it a try. Came out good. Also went with some Boston crime star shape for the holiday“
