Highlights are the dumplings (all of them!), pad see ew, massaman curry, thai roti, and thai basil. On top of the amazing food, the owner is always so warm and welcoming and knows us by name, and the reward points are generous and almost always ensure one of our entrees is comped in our next order. “Keep in mind, this place is takeout only, but it’s absolutely worth it. While living in Westchester County, I would plan entire days around ordering $80 or more worth of food, including appetizers, soups, salads, main entrees, and dessert from here. Everything tasted incredible. I usually emailed my order ahead of time, and once they opened, they would confirm it and have it ready right on time.

Some of my favorites are the large Tom Yum soup (leftovers taste even better with added veggies the next day), the shrimp rolls, the green papaya salad which is absolutely to die for 🤤, and the dusty roti, which is perfectly soft, warm, and packed with flavor (peanuts and condensed milk?? chefs kiss). And that’s just what I can remember for now.

This is the kind of place I would gladly cross the Tappan Zee Bridge for every time I visit New York. I promise, you won’t find a better spot to eat.

“Omg this place has the BEST food! Healthy & delicious! I don't understand why the parking lot is always empty, but it just means you don't have to wait for a great dinner.“

“Just ate lunch at Noodles Plus and it was a delight! The lunch specials come with a choice of spring roll, chive dumpling, or pork pot sticker. I tried the chive dumpling, which was wonderfully springy and paired perfectly with a tasty dipping sauce, along with a light lettuce salad on the side.

The lunch menu features classic Thai dishes like Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai, though I noticed there’s no Pad See Ew. You can add chicken, tofu, beef, or shrimp to your dishes; we both opted for beef in our noodles—Pad Thai for me and Drunken Noodles for her. The portions were generous and absolutely delicious!

The restaurant is cozy and quite popular during lunch hours, especially with the nearby office crowd in downtown White Plains. Don’t expect a leisurely lunch, as there are only about 8 tables inside, plus a few outside. We loved our meals and can’t wait to return for both lunch and dinner when we have more time to unwind!“

“Another solid meal from. Thai Angels. You're not going to be wowed by the appearance of this place, but the menu is large and what we've tried is tasty. The red curry was delicious and just spicy enough. Probably a better take out choice since there's nothing fancy about the dining in experience.“

“I decided to be a nice guy and take my wife out for Chinese food. She loves it. I don’t eat it.\nWe arrived and she was definitely happy as this restaurant is the location of the former BOODLES, an old favorite of hers.\nWe walked in and were greeted warmly by everyone and taken to a table.\nOur server Paul came up, chatted, took our drink orders and brought water.\nWe ordered an appetizer to share on his recommendation something with pork in it, fried and very tasty.\nMy wife loves General Tsao Chicken and ordered that. I ordered a dish with filet mignon. Both dishes came with good portion sizes and a nice presentation. More importantly my wife said her chicken was delicious. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly rare as ordered and very tasty.\nMy wife told our server Paul we were coming back soon.
