“Pasta was overcooked. Sauce was sour. Had to ask for grated cheese twice before we got it. Same with water. The restaurant and bar were very busy but no excuse for the disorganization we experienced. Probably won't go back as Buffalo has many Italian restaurants with better food, atmosphere and prices. We went at the high recommendation of friends and were very disappointed.“
“This bar was started by my Great Grandfather, his picture may still be hanging in the back. I’ve been there twice in the past decade and was for/after the death of my Grandfather Kenneth Hartel Sr, and Kenneth Hartel Jr his son whom died only months later. I came in and was like a family I’ve never met. They took care of my family and I. I hope to take my daughter up there soon.“

Parking: Free parking, but not a lot of spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spot in front. No steps or impediments to getting into the bar or men's room. No handicap stall in the men's room.“

“Food was great. Bartender was attentive to service But DO NOT pay with a debit card if you value your money Their credit card system double charges at times holding your money until the false charge falls off. We are still waiting for some of our money to be released due to a second false charge“
