“They have a parking lot across the street from the restaurant for customers. The entrance is a bit narrow into the building. I ordered the broccoli with fettuccine noodles my friend ordered the lasagna with sausage added on. We also ordered the escargot appetizer. The escargot came in mushrooms. It was pretty good. My broccoli on fettuccine was ok. It didn't seem to have any type of sauce on it. It was steamed broccoli, mushrooms,pimentos and onion over fettuccine with a dusting of shredded Parm. The broccoli was cooked just the way I liked it. My friends lasagna was really good. I had the salad as my side with crumbley blue and Italian dressing. My friend had the beef barley soup as his side. Both were good. Overall we enjoyed the restaurant all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Also if you get a soda they do charge you for refills. I recommend calling the day before and making a reservation. We called the night of and luckily they were able to find us a spot.Parking: Located across the street.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu .“

“I havr never personally ordered from or been inside this restaurant, but I definitely plan to. I have, however, had their catering. The food had good variety and was fresh and hot. The salad was crisp and tasty, the lasagna mouth wateringly good. And my favorite of all, the meatballs! They were HUGE and so flavorful! They did a fantastic job with providing the food for my work lunch and family events! The place looks a bit more upscale and calming.“

“I wish Gilda's were closer to where I lived! There are always two things I always get when I'm there: the beet salad and the burrata pizza. I always think I'll try something new but I end up going back for the same thing because they're just that good. I love the puree and the creamy burrata that goes with the beets, and the arugula on top of the pizza gives it that fresh finishing. I once ordered take out and Gilda's was wise enough to pack the arugula separately.“

Great for steak lovers but don't sleep on the rest of the menu including their traditional Italian specialties. If you get stumped by the expansive menu, just order the Rattlesnake Pasta. If it's your first time at Balloons don't let the neighborhood or well-worn rooms dissuade you. Have a seat, order a Manhattan and some Utica Greens and revel in what every restaurant should be - local, legitimate and lovely.“

“Update 3-28-24 went here again today. Ordered hot wings with Louisiana sauce and a meatball sub. The sauce on the wings was good. It had a underlying vinegary taste with a kick. Only down fall was the wings were not crispy . Next time I will ask for them crispy. My boyfriend liked the meat ball sub. The roll was homemade. The bread absorbed most of the sauce on the sub. Next time we will ask go a side of sauce with the sub. Everything tasted yummy. Will definitely be back ........The restaurant itself definitely has a lack of atmosphere.It's a takeout place. They don't have anywhere to eat inside. They did have a picknick table outside though. They also sell pizza by the slice.The pepperoni pizza we ordered was pretty good. We ordered the Sicilian.I don't normally care for pizza crust. I liked this pizza crust though. The crust was light and crispy not doughy . I didn't get any, but the cookies they had looked delicious. The wings we ordered were pretty good aswell“

“I've been in Auburn many times on business and this is my favorite restaurant in town; I've eaten just about everywhere. The food tastes freshly made and is very good. The staff is very professional and nice. This should be a first choice for people visiting or living in the area.“
