“The ice cream is good but the manager was rude. I went in with 5 people and I was paying on my own and when they ask whose next it was my turn . When I got to the counter she stated I was with the other woman. I explained I am paying my own so I would be next. She said I had to wait til they were done as I was part of that group . So needless to say by the time I received my order I had to take it to go as my friends were done with their ice cream . The young woman who helped me was very nice but the manager/owner needs lessons in customer service.“

“I was there for the first time a few weeks ago. Was so impressed! The vanilla soft serve actually had flavor. Most places I make them put a ton of toppings on just so it has some flavor. Also, the medium was so large my two nieces that normally want larges could barely finish it. So you definitely get your moneys worth. My only question is I want to bring a friend who’s allergic to eggs. I called the shop and they said they didn’t know if there was eggs in the ice cream (If it wasn’t for my friend, I would never know that many places like Carvel does use eggs to make it more creamier). So do you use eggs in your soft serve?“

“We are up from North Carolina this week and last night we were visiting our relatives who live in the Harbors. They took us to Riverside Scoops which was such a treat…Really great ice cream, lovely setting and wonderful customer service. My grandchildren loved their cones, my husband totally enjoyed his large cup with cinnamon bun and vanilla (which he couldn’t stop raving about) and I had the Smore Sundae…absolutely delicious!!! If you’re looking for a great place for ice cream on a summer evening, take a ride over to the Harbors and stop in at Riverside Scoops! You won’t be sorry 😊“

“Been looking for a frozen yogurt place and this fit the bill. It’s a big clean looking place, plenty of seating. Lots of flavors to choose from. So far I’ve tried the strawberry cheesecake ( so-so) and raspberry pomegranate. Both quite tasty. The selection of toppings is outstanding, although some items like the peanut butter cups and brownies were stale. Fruit was fresh.
Defiantly a place to go back to and try other flavors.“

“Great neighborhood deli with fair prices and good food. Dianet and Sandro nail the classic breakfast sandwiches, and their house-made lemonade and iced teas are excellent. It's a nice, locally owned shop that gets the job done right. The bathrooms are also always sanitary and clean, which speaks volumes about how the entire place is operated. 5-stars all around. 👌“

“Rita’s on the 59 is delicious and the inside is very clean. The staff was very friendly and works quickly. They do have the option for cholov yisroel ice cream in addition to the standard frozen custard. Id highly recommend giving this place a try. I’ll definitely be coming back“

“Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not too long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.“

“Tasty. Raised my blood sugar. Impatient customers. There are just 6 flavors but they have their brand names. I asked for vanilla and the counter person said “We don’t have vanilla.” They don’t. It is a vanilla flavor with their fancy name. That was slightly annoying. There are toppings to choose from. Not sure if they cost extra. I would have added on but the other customers were impatient. I would order again, but be better prepared next visit.“

“This Carvel has single handily changed my view on life. You may be thinking ice cream is a simple pleasure many indulge in meaninglessly. This is NOT true for me, every bite is an experience in its own, every moment one to be cherised. On a particular dark, gloomy night I defeatedly walked into Carvel, my head hung low in shame. Was I, the biggest icecream enthusiastic in the world really about to settle for Carvel? I walked up to the counter and my pessimistic attitude was flipped upside down, and so was my world. The beaming worker smiled at me and his smile flashed such a warm radiance I was worried all the Icecream would melt! He was kind when serving me and the icecream made my gloom into joy. I looked at the recipt and saw the workers name was Dean. My experience on this night was an insightful one in which I learned never to judge a book by its cover, and hope can be found in the most unexpected places. 5 stars would recommend!!!“
