“Came here tonight with a friend. Giovanni was fabulous. He gave us a few recommendations which was perfect for us as we had never been here before. We shared delicious jalea and had a drink which was more than enough food for us to share. The presentation of the food and drinks were both so beautiful followed by absolutely delicious tasting food. Will definitely be returning.“

“My brother moved by this spot like a month ago and I know this place OH SO WELL. ? I’m in Freeport and I haven’t found empanadas as good as Mamma Gina’s. When I tell you the food just hits every time, they’re honestly so consistently great.

Today I went for a lobster roll which replaced the shrimp roll. last year this lobster was so delicious 😋 couldn't wait till the summer. unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. it is not longer on a garlic bun and now served on a plain hot dog bun :( also flavorless! last yr price was $24 and now up to $28 with no flavor and blah bun. please bring back the recipe from years before. thanks“

“This establishment is genuinely deserving of praise! I arrived at the establishment just as it was beginning to open. It was impeccably clean, well-organized, and impeccably maintained. The food was exceptionally delicious, exceptionally fresh, and hot. The view and seating area was right on the water, where you could observe beautiful wildlife and bring your boat. It truly is a true gem!

The flatbread starters are distinctive--at least for a person with an allergy to gluten. The ambience is generally fine. I generally prefer very quiet restaurants. “I came here for fresh seafood and ended up purchasing several prepared food items, since those are easy and looked well made. I tried both seafood and vegetable dishes. All were fresh and tasted delicious. I care about fresh seafood. Prices are not cheap, but with seafood, quality really matters. There also appears to be a sushi restaurant onsite, which I'll have to try next time I'm in town. Roslyn is fortunate to have several local gourmet markets and this counts.“

“We started off with potstickers and lobster chowder. The lobster chowder was warm not hot. Didn't really care for it enough to ask for it to be hotter. I would not have even known it was a lobster soup if it wasn't called that. The potstickers were great as was the little gingery salad/slaw that comes underneath them. I really enjoyed the bistro steak cooked medium rare with chimichurri sauce. The sauce was herbaceous with a lot of garlic flavor, which I am a garlic fan. Everyone else had filet mignon which was good, nothing special though. The mashed potatoes were all barely warm but tasted fine. Wine was fairly priced. Our waiter was very good.“
