“This was my first time to this Subway. I've been to bad ones before where I've gotten sick so I stopped eating it for awhile but I had a random craving for Subway today. I came in around 11:30 am. There was one man ahead of me. The clerk finished with him much faster than I expected. I noticed the store was very clean. The atmosphere was comfortable. I happened for some reason to look at their prepping boards and they were pure white which actually calmed my fear about getting sick. I ordered a philly cheesesteak with provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, sweet peppers, pickles, black olives and jalapeno (like I said random craving) He made a joke when he rung up my order and said $125.40 instead of $12.54 I laughed and asked him his name. He told me his name is Rocky. He printed my receipt and said if I do the survey on the receipt I could get a free cookie. I went on the website right then and there and answered the questions. Rocky even helped me and I got a free cookie. Rocky had great customer service. He made me feel welcomed. Oh and the sanidwich? was awesome! Perfect amount of toppings to complement the steak. I recommend it. Thanks Rocky! Would definitely come back.“

I stopped by Blimpie at Hauppauge recently and had a fantastic experience — not just because of the delicious sub, but because of the amazing service!
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. They greeted me with a smile, were incredibly patient while I looked over the menu, and answered all my questions without rushing me. You could tell they really cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The sandwich artist took the time to carefully build my sub just the way I asked, and even offered suggestions to make it better — which it absolutely was! It’s rare to find fast food places where the employees seem genuinely happy to be there and go out of their way to provide great customer service, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. Friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. On top of that, the sub was fresh, packed with flavor, and made to perfection. I’ll definitely be returning — not just for the food, but because the great service made the visit that much better.“

“This place has the most amazing food despite having a large menu with so many different items no matter what I have ordered from this restaurant it has always been amazing and spot on. no matter whether I order from lunch, breakfast or dinner. whatever menu I order from the food is always good. It’s always fresh. It’s always cooked properly. It’s never underdone. It’s never overcooked there’s never Inconsistencies between what I ordered and what I’m receiving. honesty this restaurant is 10 out of 10. “We went here on 4th of July because many of the other stores and restaurants in the area were closed. We were looking for something to take out and bring on a boat and Jersey Mike's subs definitely hit the spot! I was surprised to read some negative reviews because the workers there that day were extremely friendly & helpful. We got the #9 giant hero and a bag of chips (no onions/pickles), all the toppings including hot peppers ? and we had it on the rosemary parm bread . The sub was fresh and was delicious, much better than we expected. The perfect takeout food for beach, picnic or boat. This fed two adults for both lunch and dinner. For about $20. Definitely recommend!“

“I am astonished with this subway the sandwich was really good The food actually smells appetizing too, like I would go to the subway and stick to it. The employee is really sweet and kind I was not expecting a gas station Subway to taste this good but this Subway tastes so good. Like a luxury. I recommend you guys to come and take a bite of this Subway“

“I liked the crunch and flavor of the seasoned bread and that they gave a lot of turkey on the sandwich. This was my first time at a blimpie. When comparing it to subway and Jersey mikes I would rate subway better and Jersey mikes worse. I liked that they had more selection of toppings than Jersey mikes and that they weren’t cheap on the meats. 6 inch sandwich was $6.99. I paid $10.50 for the same size at Jersey mikes last week and it had less meat and the bread had no flavor. This place was decent for a fast food sandwich place. The guy at the counter said that they don’t make their own meats at blimpie but that they also aren’t boars head. I didn’t get listeria coming here so that’s also a good sign.“

“Wow. Just wow. I can honestly say Jersey Mike’s is one of the most consistent chains out there. Every location is clean and well kept. The employees seem so happy to be a part of the process and work there. Managers always involved and friendly. That being said, our experience at this location was just phenomenal. The manager was great with my daughter, so friendly, the employee was friendly and helpful. Made sure I got my points properly for my purchase when there might have been an issue with my points registering. We will for SURE be back. Jersey Mike’s is a family favorite and a pleasure every visit. Keep up the great work!!“

“I've decided to ditch the Subway app. I don't find this app to be of any great convenience and it's too time consuming to get them to work properly. I'm hoping I can get a gift card that I can use for points purposes. Besides the app, I think Jersey Mike's is stiff competition for Subway as far as portion size goes and the amount of meat/cheese on sandwiches. There are some Subways that will not accept coupons like the one in Central Islip on Carleton Ave. I walk out and won't patronize that location. Otherwise, the Subway experience is good.“

“This is my go to subway. There is no other I will go to. Not only is it close to my job but the 2 employees there are the best I've ever encountered. Nick and Valerie are by far the best sandwich artist I have ever seen at a subway. Their positive energy is toxic, Their knowledge is phenomenal, their customer service is unmatched and it's always a pleasure to walk in and walk out happy. I always get the same thing so I'm sure I'm a great and easy customer to serve but they always make me smile and leave happier then when I walked in. I will continue to come to this restaurant for aslong as they are there. After that is a different story. Best subway hands down on long island. Clean, and always stacked with fresh ingredients. “Fire service, fire quality food, clean clean clean atmosphere. I always come here with no issues. I just left the subway on Main Street in bay shore because they were so rude and disgusting but here??!! I come here all the time and they never let me down.
