I cannot be more thankful for his patience while I called my coworkers to make last minute changes to our MASSIVE order because the shop had run out of almond milk and mocha. His customer service was top notch and I really appreciated all of his help especially because I had just been turned away from another Starbucks in the area. Mike deserves some praise and a raise!“
