“Phenomenal food, accompanied with phenomenal service. Truly an excellent meal, with each dish given such thought and detail by the chef. The whipped ricotta with the fresh bread is a must try, as are the broccoli raab stuffed meatballs! Scallops and steak were both cooked to perfection. I could go on and on, but just go try for yourself. I can’t wait to go back.“

“We have had an early (4:30pm) dinner this past weekend. We have been there several times before but over 15 years ago. No specific reason for the lapse. just never got back. Our past experience was: Food and service 5 stars, Atmosphere: upscale (dressy), Prices: reasonable for the quality and portions. The steak Au Poivre was the best I have ever had. New experience: The atmosphere, is more casual -(almost "rustic"), The host wearing a flannel shirt, and the waitress wearing a down vest. After other guests arrived, I thought it was a bit noisy but then realized there wasn't a person dining under 80 (guessing hearing problems, LOL), I'm 65 and felt like a kid, LOL. No worries, it didn't affect my food! LOL!. Food and service: The calamari was skimpy but cooked perfectly. The French onion soup was VERY VERY good!! The Steak Au Poivre... is STILL the best I have ever had! The fries, well I like the crisp-crisp-crisp, but did not specify.. They came out perfect to my liking. The bourbon list, only Knob Creek and Bullitt, drinkable but it would have been nice to see some eagle rare, Blantins, etc. The "house" wine was yummy too. No dessert, we were very full. SummaryL We would absolutely go back again and not wait 15 years! 5 stars from us. Note; we liked the casual dress... I dont mind wearing a shirt and tie but we did feel more relaxed in casual attire.“

“Great owner and amazing pizza! Was on a trip with my wife to Rhinebeck for a spa weekend at the Mirbeau and we saw that Dave visited Posto and gave a great score, so we had to try it! Pizza was delicious! I definitely think Dave underscored it! Patrick the owner is super friendly and we got talking about all the great pizza in the northeast. Definitely recommend when you’re around Rhinebeck and I’ll be stopping my on my future trips to Albany.“

“The reviews on yelp for APIZZA are mixed and the bad ones seem to be mostly about price. Sure it's a little pricey but not really, and they give you a giant pizza which doesn't suck. I really liked their pizza and so did my family which includes some smallish kids. We also ordered meatballs which were solid, and a house salad which was also very good. I was greeted by someone in the pizza oven area as well as the front counter and everyone was happy and nice. I waited for my to go food and had the Italian margarita while checking out the action in the kitchen. Omg, that drink was so delicious, and to top it off the pizza chef throws every dough in the air! Mama Mia!“

“I haven’t ordered from TJs in a long time due to my food always being cold when delivered. It hurt because I loveee TJs (esp their cheesecakes, best in Poughkeepsie, better than pastry garden, argue with ya mutha) …. Anyway, I gave TJs another chance last night. Ordered wings (crispy), cheese fries, cheesecake and a large pie (well done)… it was prob one of the first times in a longgg time that my cheese fries didn’t need to be reheated. I put the food inside and chased my delivery driver to give him a bigger tip. I think I was so shocked I forgot to grab my soda from him ? “We had my Mom's surprise 80th Birthday Party on March 2, 2024. We could not have been happier at Joseph's! We had close to 70 guests and no one was disappointed with their entrees! We started with a salad, went to a pasta and then our guests had a choice of fish, chicken or steak! Everything was absolutely delicious! The chocolate mousse cake was simply out of this world! Deidra (Manager) was amazing to work with and paid close attention to every detail. The staff was extremely accommodating and personable to boot! The Birthday Girl was quite Happy and this will be a day she will never forget! Thank you Joseph (Owner) for helping us create this awesome memory that my Mom will never forget! “What an exceptional place .Roland and his staff , which includes family members have struck a perfect balance at this restaurant.Aesthetically, inside the restaurant it is just beautiful. It’s very upscale and almost feels elegant without being overwhelming. The food preparation and presentation is beautiful and well done. Food choices are interesting and varied and the food is excellent. You feel like you’re in some elegant upscale restaurant, but the feel from the waiters and the staff is very welcoming and warm and friendly. Nobody is stuffy or arrogant or pretentious. They are very accommodating and if you have any dietary restrictions they’re also pleasant about any accommodations. They always have great specials each week.This is such a wonderful place to have a nice cozy dinner or to have a family get together. It just always feels good when we come here. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

“I was trying to order a couple sandwiches from a deli, but the first deli I tried I had to call three times and they never picked up. I called this place and the guy picked right up. Order my sandwiches no problem, picked them up no problem. My tuna sub was delicious, would definitely order from here again.“

I'm a vegan and had no problem with meal selections.The portions are big and very fillingYou must make a reservation, and parking outside can be a challenge during the day, but in the evening, we had no problem. The actual place is a bit cramped and we came during busy lunch hour so there was a wait, plus it crowds by he counter. There wasn't really space inside to eat but they do have a few tables outside. “The food here is amazing! This is not just a pizza place. I had the Sir Duke sandwich and it was so good...and not on an average boring roll. My daughter's LOVE the pizza and they have a drive through window! I always ask for a slice of the stuffed meat pie. “May family has been enjoying Rossi’s Italian food for the last 30 years. They’ve only gotten better! We always enjoy the food and service, regardless of the location we visit.Just a side note; one reviewer commented on the service, here’s what I’d like to say: there are very few that can produce the volume that Rossi’s does during holiday and daily, especially with their sandwich’s. There aren’t many quality establishments that can pump out 475 orders between noon and 6:00 on a given day. “Love, love, love, Frank Guido’s. It is authentic Italian, and as an Italian from The Bronx, I know from what I speak. The food is beautifully seasoned, consistent with traditional Italian spices. The place is Italian food, and the decor gives you that old-school Italian restaurant from back in the days. Candles, flowers on the table, made it sparkle. The service was on point, even with it busy on a Friday night the staff was attentive, and did an amazing job juggling several tables and still making the guest feel like they were the only ones there. The food was outstanding, it had flavor, the portion size was on point, and it tasted fresh. “This place is open late, isn’t expensive, and is absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, there’s a bunch of space to sit, and they completed our pick up order in 10 minutes. I have NEVER called a pizza place and been told the wait was only 10 minutes. For sure is one of the top places in new paltz for pizza. They even let you get single garlic knots, and don’t make you order them in sets, which is dope. My only complaint is that the garlic knots are literally just little rolls covered in raw garlic- im talking COVERED in raw garlic. As a garlic lover, it was even too much for me. Did I eat them all? Yes. But only after I scraped it off.“
