“I was visiting family and I could walk here and back in a few minutes. Where I am from in SWFL you cannot walk anywhere. There are NO neighborhood coffee houses one could walk to. Everything is either in town or in a shopping mall.The staff was very helpful and made what I wanted like they get my weird ordering habits daily. The peanut donuts are yummy as well. Down in FL they really do not know how to make those right.“

“Walking into this bakery and seeing that I could eat ANYTHING that I wanted -- that I didn't have to be scared that I'd get sick, that I didn't have to limit myself to just one or two items that might not even be what I wanted -- y'all, I almost started crying. Just the relief of it, and knowing that someone cared enough to turn their entire bakery gluten-free. That means so much more than you can imagine. And the food was so good that we went here three times during our week-long stay in the area. In fact, we plan to order from them and have it shipped to us now that we're back home. Highly recommended!“

I was unsure of what to get so the gentleman who was there gave me a piece of the baklava to try...IT WAS ABSOLUTLEY DELICIOUS. I ended up buying a couple pieces of each flavor (cashew, almond, pistachio and traditional). Don't even get me started on the honey cake with pistachios...DROOLSSSS. I will most certainly be back to give the shawarma a try after having such a good experience with the fresh yummy desserts. I am not sure if the guy working that day is the owner or not, but he was very friendly and sweet. I cannot say enough good things about this place!“

“I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“

Summer time sit out side or inside recommend this place to go surprise to say hot chocolate is good no fan having milk in my hot chocolate but I could not taste milk at all after I saw how it was made.,

“I decided to try out Bloom & Rose and I can not say enough great things about the food and the owners. My husband and I ordered the corn beef sandwich. The meat is prepared in house and is literally meltable in the mouth. We also tried the pastrami sandwich which was by far the most moist pastrami meat we’ve ever eaten. The homemade chips have a delicious seasoning added to them and the Matza soup is so comforting. The two owners where in the restaurant front cooking and both were excited and willing to explain the items to us. Go try them out! You won’t be disappointed- seriously such great food. Ps- try the homemade pickled mustard - you’ll need extra I promise 😍🙌“

This is not the place for a bagel breakfast and is the only place that serves a real boiled and baked bagel in this area of Buffalo.“

The classes are very informative and go at a pace that allows learning and hands on without being rushed; and the treats brought home look great and are delicious. “I was first introduced to this bakery's cookies at a fundraiser for Ten Lives Club, and both the design and the quality of the cutout cookies were fantastic! I love that they are involved in charity work for some really worthwhile organizations, so I'm happy to support that, and enjoy some delicious baked goods in the process! I recently placed my first order and sadly, I have no photos to share, but the presentation was very nicely done, with all of the cookies' ingredients and allergens very clearly marked. There was a large variety of flavors to chose from, and I'm excited to try cupcakes next! And finally, the owner's communication skills are excellent, she's very responsive and super friendly.
