“Service is good but I purchased Easter Bread and was not impressed. Was not aware they used anisette and was expecting a more traditional bread. Also the hard boiled eggs were not cooked all the way and were still soft on the inside. Pretty much put it in the trash. Bummed but now aware for the future.“

“My family dropped in early today and were immediately delighted with the available parking, the ambiance, and the cleanliness. The place has a healthy, orderly, and embracing vibe - very “warm” and inviting.They offer a nice variety of croissants and muffins, along with cooked items. We enjoyed blueberry muffins which were moist and flavorful.Our hot chocolates were hot and tasty.When we arrived, just after 7AM, there were 2 people behind the counter and the crowd was very light. As we ate, the place started filling up. Initially, I was thinking that the staff was going to get buried. But, no! These wise people were way ahead of me - two more staff arrived at the perfect time. So, as the door opened and closed increasingly often, the line barely grew as the staff were taking care of business!When we left, the place was full. Every chair was taken and there was no line. They sure know what they’re doing.We are delighted with this experience and I certainly look forward to any chance to return. Most likely, I’ll MAKE that chance.Highly recommended.“

“Recently moved to the area and stopped by this place on a whim. Upon entering was hit with this amazing smell. After enquiring of it's source we were directed to their sausage rolls. Grabbed a Sicilian sausage roll for my family and trust me when I say it was more than enough food to feed three of us for pretty cheap too!“

“I was killing some time in the area waiting for a doctors appointment and I stumbled upon Utica Bread! Such a cute bakery. The two Italian ladies were so nice to me. They helped me pick out a brioche loaf and a pastry. We get to talking and they insist I try some of their tomato pie and a croissant. When I tried giving them more money they refused and told me to keep it and just made me promise I would come back and visit them. I wish I would have gotten their names but you'll know them by their sweet faces. Besides the service, the bread is so delicious! I just made some french toast out of it and oh my gosh, it is so thick and not too airy like grocery store bread. This is the good stuff“

“I ordered a Birthday cake for my Grandson at the last minute. When I called around 7:30 am to check if they had cake for that day, I was told yes by a very friendly young Lady. I asked for a football cake that was a big hit with my 11 yr old Grandson. The person who decorated his cake did an AMAZING JOB. I couldn't have been more pleased.
