“The staff spoke little English. My wife asked a question while ordering at the kiosk, the staff spoke to each other but did not acknowledge us. I then went up to someone and asked again the exact same question about an item we wanted to order not available on the kiosk, he just stared at me and ignored me while preparing other orders.
They were busy but this establishment is mainly for Asian customers.

Our food items were good. The mango drink was very good, and the pastel de nata was made well and fresh.

I do not know if I would come back if met with such a poor customer service experience.“

“My daughter and I love Bubble tea 🧋 so we decided to try the matcha and oreo, it was delicious. There was no after taste just clean and refreshing taste. “i tried the mango milk and my gf had matcha milk. we also got nuggets, mozzi sticks, fries and i think my gf got a eel onigiri. i cant speak for the onigiri cause i didnt try it but all of the food was hot and crispy and honestly the nuggets gave better mcd nuggets. and it was all pretty affordable. we got all that for under 35$ if i remember correctly. the drinks were sweet and creamy but a good price for the size.“

“My family and I visited this location this evening and happened to meet the owner Tommy and was absolutely delighted. He was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about all the menu items and was able to recommend a beverage that suited the tastes of each individual. Would also love to give a huge shout out to the barista Damian who did a wonderful job making each drink. He is extremely talented and even made one of his special drinks the Passion Fruit Lychee for me. P.S it’s not on the menu so make sure to ask about it.

“PYO Chai is such a cool place for anyone to enjoy desi flavors for bubble tea! I really appreciate the thought that went into the decoration and wall art, and the menu is very diverse and unique. They seem to have a lot of specialty flavor combinations, which makes each experience different. A heads up for anyone who is lactose intolerant, they are not able to adjust the milk of the chai, but they can for the boba options. They were kind enough to make a rose milk tea with earl grey and oat milk for me, even though it wasn’t on the menu! The flavors were really nice and well balanced, but the bubbles were difficult to chew and not the greatest quality. I’d definitely like to try more of the menu when I’m around!“
