“Got the focaccia pizza. We payed $14 for 4 squares. It was a bit overpriced but tasty. Asked to have it warmed up and the employee’s response was “we only have a toaster oven so it will take 4-5 minutes”. Sounded like she didn’t wanna leave the counter. Naturally, one would assume it will take that long. They could improve on their customer service experience.“

“Convenient place to stop for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They also serve hot and cold lattes, hot tea and delicious cold brew coffee. Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line at the drive thru. However, service is always good and they treat their customers well.“

“Great coffee place and bakery has become pretty excellent too. My only ding is that I grew up in the area and prior to COVID all Tim Hortons were open 24 hours and it was incredible. Now they close closer to 10pm and open at 6am. Understandable but sad.“

“I have aways liked my Tim Horton’s but the service at this one was not good. The employees all looked like they didn’t want to be there! No organization between them either. They we not very polite and the service slow at best. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese which the person putting it together was sloppy, the cream cheese was all over the outside of the bag it was placed in. This store used to be one of the best but not anymore!!!!!“

“The staff is incredible! Their customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable of their product and caring! I went in for a brunch with family like a month ago and they assisted me in selecting whats most appropriate for my diet! Very helpful! The food was fresh and presented to me in a very kind manner!
