“Placed a large order online - 23 items many ordered with substitutions and ingredient changes/edits - and the restaurant was experiencing high volume of online, drive thru, and in-person orders at the time I came to pickup my order. I waited about 10 minute to receive my order, which I believe was very reasonable given the location being very busy. I observed the manager handle a drive thru order issue with courtesy and professional during this busy period while also treat other customers in the walk-in area with respect and courtesy. I thanked employees for their efforts on my order. When I reviewed my order it was 100% accurate. Kudos to the PEOPLE at the McKinley express location for their work this evening!

Kid-friendliness: I have picky eaters (4) and I placed the order online because the app makes it easy to select and deselect ingredients. Mighty taco makes every menu item very customizable to suit my family’s needs!“

“We were there for a Divas Who Drag Show on the patio which was splendid. Great entertainment, tacos & margaritas, what could go wrong? The show also coincided with a popular brand of tequila samplings for those of legal age.
We were out on the patio, being lavished with free samples, a very intuitive waitress and saucy entertainment ? A platter of fresh tortilla chips with 5 different dips started us off. The chips were freshly made and still warm and the dips were made with all fresh ingredients, nothing canned or jarred. I couldn't make up my mind on which tacos to try so I chose a Pastor (grilled pork, onions with grilled pineapples on a fresh corn shell) taco and a Southern BBQ Chicken on a flour soft shell taco with coleslaw & cilantro. So good ? ?
To top off our evening we indulged in Dessert Nachos, freshly fried, warm nachos piled high with warm caramel & chocolate sauce drizzled liberally over the chips, then topped with a large dollop of fresh whipped cream. We shared this dish amongst our table. What a great Wednesday night out. Mexican delicacies, adult beverages, Divas Who Drag show, great friends and it was raining dollar bills ya'll.“

“I’ve been here many of times, the place is bumpin and the food is great. They are honest with the food and really care about the customers experience. Sitting outside is lovely on a warm day being inside can be overwhelming on a DJ night but overall is nice for young people. Mighty Taco is way way better than Taco Bell or any other taco place I’ve ever been ! I moved out of the area So Fl.in 1989 and many of my friends and family lives and I visit often as I can.
As soon as I get off the interstate turn east towards Cheektowaga right next to the Truck Stop and Longhorn, that’s always the first place I go.
I’ve never had a problem with parking and it’s always been delicious, and they’ve always been polite. I just wish that I could have them in Palm Beach, Florida, where I am.“

“I used to live near there and ate there regularly. Moved away 10 years ago, but was back in the area and had to stop in. The food is as good as it always was. Hubby had to have the fried chicken, his favorite! The food was good, the service friendly and attentive...we'll have to go back again!“

“Jim's is a reliable staple for anyone who grew up in this area. Their subs are always fresh and well-prepared, but don't overlook the wraps, burgers, and other menu items because they're made just as well. The stinger sub and Jim's hot blue are by far my favorite go-to sandwiches. Their service is always amazing as well. Whenever I order through Toast, I can expect my order in 15 mins or less.“

“I have been to most the of the Jim’s Steakouts around Western New York, however this location has some of the best workers and consistency in terms of the food always being great. On top of all of this, two employees named Todd and Reese are two of the best workers this company has and I have found them to be incredibly helpful and very friendly. -Sam“

Jim’s has been there for me at 11 am, 5 pm, 3 am - and just about any time in between. In inebriation, sobriety, or somewhere in the middle - Jim’s doesn’t judge… they just provide the BEST food, every single time.

Jim’s on Chippewa has been a go-to for about 20 years, and the service is still incredible - and food is hot and fresh. The 12” Chicken Finger Sub (and sometimes the Stinger) is generally my go to, and if you’re not the biggest blue cheese fan, feel free to sub for mayo. Everything is made to order, and it’s great value for the price. Their weekly sub deal is also a great choice for a lower price point.

I’d recommend ordering in advance online to avoid longer waits (as I mentioned - it’s all made fresh), and if you’re looking for seating - it might be better to try the Allentown location (this one has a few stools, but if you’re there when it’s busy… they’re typically occupied).

The portions and quality punch above their weight at Jim’s. It’s not typical fast food - these sandwiches are phenomenal, just served in a fast food setting.

Parking: There’s parking outside on Chippewa, but if it’s a busy night on the Chip Strip, you’ll probably have to park further away and make your way back. If you’re picking up during the day, usually no issues stopping right out front.“

“Food is decent. I mean for me it's an average steak sandwich. But again I'm from NYC so I'm pretty picky with things like this. Not the best I've had but definitely not the worse. What I did notice is that taste varies by location. This location is decent but not the best one I've eaten at. Best thing for me is they're usually pretty quick, in and out if you're using the drive thru. Staff is always friendly and the place seems well kept. Never too crowded and always space to dine in. They also have space to dine outside. I frequently go here.“

“I've eaten at various Jim's locations for over 20 years. I understand the gripes over the lack of quality and consistency, even at the same location. I hadn't eaten at the Delaware site in years. We went to this Jim's (June 7, 2024) after being out near Buff State. I chose this one because it has a parking lot, unlike the tiny one at near Elmwood Jim's that everyone uses. The wait was minimal, and there were plenty of tables to accommodate everyone. I got the Jim's Hot Bleu, and it was the best one I've had in a long time. My friend got a steak and cheese sub. They, too, said it was fantastic. I attribute that to the staff. Why? Because whenever I get food that is subpar, from anywhere, I take into account the day, time, and if it's busy-which isn't an excuse for them. However, some places just have good staff that get the job done well despite staffing issues and if it's busy. Well done, Jim's Delaware staff! Btw I enjoy tipping at Jim's because they all say thank you.

Parking: Parking lot is in front of the building. As it's part of a larger plaza, parking can spill out into that lot of necessary.

My food is always tasty and fresh so I appreciate the people that make my food. “Jeff did an amazing job taking our orders. Friendliest person ever. He talked about the chikle after I ordered one and it was as he said amazing. He does a great job can't say that enough wish I could afford to tip. The food was amazing. Way better food and environment than taco bell. I wish we had one of these where we live.

“Awesome food every time. Not just the pizza, all of it is delicious and prepared perfectly. Fair prices, as much as can be expected these days. Nice people, always happy and quick to take care of you. Clean bathroom with hot water and good soap and paper towel dispensers. What more can you ask for?“

“Food was hot, delicious and plentiful. Prices are reasonable. The location was great for people watching. My only criticism is that they serve the sloppiest tacos anywhere. They don't drain the taco meat before slopping it on the tortilla so the juice gets everywhere.“

“Nothing fancy but definitely delicious, it's a bit pricier than I'd hope with some options but overall it's not super expensive, far less so than ETS across the street and in my opinion far better in general. Staff have always been nice and helpful if needed, Food is well above fast food quality and while definitely not healthy food it's extremely delicious. It's also nice that hours go as late as they do. I wish there were more options for those with gluten related allergies and vegetarians but definitely well worth going to if those things don't affect you.

“I was told that when in the Buffalo area, I need to get a sandwich from Jim's so here I am. Not familiar with the menu, I chose their "Stinger" which is chicken tenders and cheesesteak with spicy sauce. As the only customer in the place at 7pm, I opted to take it to go and consumed it a half hour later.

There's a lot of protein here but the famed spiciness was not present. A good mix of chicken and grilled steak and cheese, it's also very messy. Tasty but otherwise unremarkable.

The restaurant is clean and there is plenty of seating down the side. The young lady who took my order was patient enough.

Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options, if any.

Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergens.

Parking: Easy parking for the Sprinter van.
