“Wilson Brew Co. is a must stop! My wife and I just absolutely loved the small town family run business feeling. My wife says the coffee is phenomenal (I’m not a coffee drinker, the hot chocolate is pretty good). The bagels…. absolutely delicious! So many flavors to choose from, they are all homemade, and they have a long list of cream cheese “Schmearz” to put on top and if you are someone who is worried about not having enough cream cheese on top, then this is definitely the place for you! They pile the cream cheese on and it’s just so delicious!!! My wife and I both said this is definitely a place we have to make it back to!“

“My girlfriend and I came to Niagara Falls for a one week vacation away from South Jersey. Since the first day of coming to Knead the Dough, we've made it a point to do so everyday for the rest of our trip. To start, the service is amazing. Every person on the waiting staff was incredibly kind and treated us like family. The food was absolutely fantastic. Hands down the best pancakes we have ever had. I give my regards to who prepared our breakfast each morning. The restaurant itself is a quiet but loving environment that i'll be sure to come back to someday. If you are in the Niagara Falls area and are looking for a bite to eat, you'd be foolish not to come here.“

“So, let's be clear. I ordered a hot chocolate, but deep down, I really wish they offered like medium chocolate. Like who wants to wait an hr to drink hot chocolate. Like you could have cold chocolate for the weak of heart. Medium chocolate for the normally people that enjoy there chocolate beverage and hot chocolate for the people with no souls who have zero taste buds left. Meh what do I know though...“
