“The customer service is THE WORST ANYWHERE.I've ordered every week for two years. More than 3k in business in two years.Perhaps you should ask why I ask for Josh specifically. It's because Josh, is the only employee that remembers the entire order, and he is the only employee who doesn't have an attitude and act like taking my order is a huge hassle.Every time we order we have to deal with some huffing and puffing or some other kind of drama from the entire team (EXCEPT JOSH) starting with the owner and trickling down.Food is fantastic.“

“Great little mom & pop eatery in Red Creek, NY. They have ice cream in the summer and pizza/food menu year round. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was on my first visit. So good, we went back the next night too. Fried zucchini was good, wings was good and my bf loved the Chicken cordon bleu. Check them out!“

“Went to the Sodus location for my son’s birthday. They’ve always gone to the Weedsport location and wanted to try this one for his day. There were 6 of us and 3 children, two 2 yr olds and a 4mo old. Needless to say we sort of took over the place. The bartender treated us like family and the kids like her own. Regular stopped in and had great conversation and he took to the kids who were treating the place like they’ve been there many times. Great beer and cider, good prices and wonderful people. “I have to give PaPa's place 5 stars. We order from them at least a couple of times a month. The food is always good and they deliver to me in Savannah. I gave it a 4 star on the atmosphere because it's not a sit down kinda place. Don't get me wrong, you can sit and eat there if you'd like. It's more like the Chinese joint ya get it to go most the time. Keep up the great work PaPa's Place!!..??“
