“Capri is absolutely fantastic! The food is amazing, the service is warm and attentive, and everything came out so quickly.

We started with the fish tacos, mozzarella sticks, and tuna tartare—each one was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the main, we had the rigatoni pasta, cooked perfectly and full of rich flavor. I also got the strawberry iced tea, which was refreshing, delicious, and a true 10/10!

Overall, Capri is a true gem. Delicious food, awesome service, and such a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!“

“Traveled to Long Beach from Albany New York on Labor Day weekend. After a wonderful time at the beach my husband and I had a most delicious meal at Lido Kosher Deli. The hot pastrami, crisp pickles, generous coleslaw, and yummy onion rings are the absolute best !! An authentic quality deli that is a real gem !!“

“Everything was delicious. We hosted a Purim breakfast at our temple and everyone was so happy and full. I personally put in the order myself and everything from ordering to delivery was so smooth. We ordered large quantity of variety of bagels with all types of cream cheeses, salmon salad, white fish and tuna. Plus we got crepes with ricotta cheese which were Devine. And we ordered lots of croissants 🥐 , plain and chocolate which by the way are huge. I can’t say enough how fresh and delicious everything was. Highly highly recommend this place!!“

pizza is 6.2 solid and crunchy (upon request). However, it has a very strong metallic smell from the cheese. Perhaps it’s old or of lower quality. I’ve had pizza in many countries outside the US, and they use real cheese without any artificial preservatives or ingredients.“

“A friend of mine and I had a lovely experience at Laffa Bar and Grill. The outside tent was spacious, the food is plentiful and delicious! I also like the changes they made indoors. It has a very nice ambiance. The Owners are warm and welcoming as well as each of the staff. Service with a smile..how refreshing! “I was in a super rush to get to the airport this morning and I had a family of eight to feed before I get there I called Moshe at the Giant bagel store and gave him the order over the phone and 10 Minutes later the food was waiting for me all packed in bags and boxes Moshe and his wonderful staff even his wife came to the rescue I can’t thank them enough. Oh, Stix, you beautiful culinary temptress! My friends and I stumbled into this gem last weekend, and let me tell you, our taste buds are still sending thank-you notes. The food was so ridiculously delicious that we turned into those cartoon characters who keep ordering more plates while their pants creak at the seams. We started with the dumplings—plump little pillows of joy that melted in our mouths. Then came the skewers, each one a flavor bomb that had us giggling like kids in a candy store. By the time the samsa hit the table, we were in love and out of control, waving down the server like, “MORE, PLEASE, WE BEG YOU!”

The food was so good, we forgot how buttons work. Halfway through, I had to unbutton my jeans to make room for more of that crispy, savory, oh-so-perfect chebureki. My friend Dave tried to “pace himself” but ended up with sauce on his forehead and a dreamy look in his eyes. The staff? Absolute saints for not judging us as we waddled out, belts undone, grinning like we’d just won the food lottery. Stix, you’ve ruined us for all other restaurants. We’ll be back—probably with stretchy pants next time. 10/10, my waistline hates you, but my heart’s writing you love poems.“

I have ordered and eaten at the restaurant dozens of times, taken out probably twice as much (and eaten 5x as many times at other places that ordered from Carlos and Gabbys) and ordered innumerable times to be delivered through Uber Eats. Shabbat Flyer says "Delivery Orders by 12:30pm" Called 12:24 and would not deliver since driver already left! “Clean, not really cooked enough but that's what happens when they're busy and need to get stuffed out. At least it's really cooked. Been to too many places, and I goto pick it up and look at it and my pie goes back in for 10 minutes.“

“Chosen island is a fixture. Well so many of the kosher eateries have come and gone over the years, chosen island has been here for the long haul, and hopefully is here to stay. It has a lovely classy ambience. The food is always fresh and delicious. The wait staff is attentive. I highly recommend the Steak Kew and get it done rare/medium rare. But really you can't go wrong with anything. Consistently good food. I've never had a bad experience there. Also, the prices are reasonable. Main courses start in the 25 to 30 range.“

“I came with my Jewish work colleagues to celebrate. As a chinese person, I would say this food is not very good. However, this is Americanized chinese food for a kosher clientele and it is as good as it comes from that perspective. I give them five stars for deliverying what is advertised. I will not rate low for doing something they do not advertise to be.“
