I ain't never been inside, but I’ve had the takeout plenty of times. It’s a lil' pricey, but the food’s straight. Just don’t be lazy with your order—if you want it hot, cold, or with extra sauce, say it. Otherwise, you might get some wild surprise that ain't it.

Now, listen, that strawberry shortcake? That joint slaps. I’m not even a dessert guy, but that right there? Fire. If it’s your first time, let ‘em know and they’ll treat you like you’re family.

Overall, I’m giving it 4/5. They hit you with extra sauces, napkins, and utensils like they actually care, which is a rare W.

“We found this brewery on our trip home off of Route 17. It is such a great Brewery! The place is very cool! It has a ton of indoor seating, a large outdoor beer garden, and a game room! My son loved it! The food was really, really good, the pumpkin beer was tasty, and the bartender/owner was welcoming! If we are ever in Middletown again, we will be back! So far Middletown breweries are 2 for 2! Equilibrium is great too!“

The ingredients are super fresh, the flavors and combinations are expertly put together, and the owner is a true showman who clearly loves the food and sharing it with the community. The danish dog is my favorite, and my husband loves the Italian sausage with onions. Even the basic chili dog is better than average, and his inventive sauces add so much flavor to the dogs that they can’t be replicated anywhere else. The building is small and it’s crowded and dingy and sometimes smoky inside, but we truly feel that it adds to the charm and makes the experience even more unique. Just go - you’ll be so glad you did!“

Yeah I’m a foodie, so I can be a bit critical with the whole experience. I have to say from start to finish it was 100% flawless. From meet and greet, water on the table to empty desert plates it is always a home run. The ambiance of the outdoor dining space looking over the pond is breathtaking to say the least. “Jill and I had a wonderful early dinner at Aroma Thyme Bistro yesterday after the Blueberry Festival. A few months ago, after my Mom's funeral, we had her repast at Aroma Thyme as well. The food was top notch gourmet fare every time. Jamie & Marcus took extraordinarily good care of us whether we came for an intimate dinner, or as a large group. “Awesome place with amazing food and atmosphere! So far I've tried the burgers, chicken sandwich, quesadilla, french onion soup, truffle fries and quinoa salad, never had anything I didn't like. Prime Rib special is a must! Outside is newly renovated, added new fencing and picnic tables and lots of outdoor seating. Bar is a lot of fun as well, great drink specials. I find their weekly events like live music and karaoke nights on their Facebook page.

Having also been in the restaurant business and a pizza chef for many years, I can say that it is not easy to find a pizzeria in America and above all such good pizza, truly heartfelt congratulations..
The staff is very kind and friendly, it feels like family.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a great experience in an American pizzeria.

I never pay cash because if I pay cash unless its exact amount I can forget about getting back any coin change. They round it off to the nearest dollar always to their benefit. Apparently the patrons there dont tip very well so they take matters in their own hands....it is called petty larceny....good food though“
