The ingredients are super fresh, the flavors and combinations are expertly put together, and the owner is a true showman who clearly loves the food and sharing it with the community. The danish dog is my favorite, and my husband loves the Italian sausage with onions. Even the basic chili dog is better than average, and his inventive sauces add so much flavor to the dogs that they can’t be replicated anywhere else. The building is small and it’s crowded and dingy and sometimes smoky inside, but we truly feel that it adds to the charm and makes the experience even more unique. Just go - you’ll be so glad you did!“

“Jill and I had a wonderful early dinner at Aroma Thyme Bistro yesterday after the Blueberry Festival. A few months ago, after my Mom's funeral, we had her repast at Aroma Thyme as well. The food was top notch gourmet fare every time. Jamie & Marcus took extraordinarily good care of us whether we came for an intimate dinner, or as a large group. “Wonderful place wonderful space beautiful circular tap room. Nice brutalist with incredibly detailed and exquisite descriptions. They don’t have flights but you can get 4 ounce pores of several different bruise so it’s similar to having a flight plus they have smoked wings, barbecue brisket and pulled pork and a variety of other Tantalizing menu items. Definitely worth a try if you’re in Middletown. Drop your car off at the dealership (like I did.( The deal dealership provides a ride over from the dealership So you can get lunch and then call you and come get you after your car is done! Definitely worth the trip!“

“We found this brewery on our trip home off of Route 17. It is such a great Brewery! The place is very cool! It has a ton of indoor seating, a large outdoor beer garden, and a game room! My son loved it! The food was really, really good, the pumpkin beer was tasty, and the bartender/owner was welcoming! If we are ever in Middletown again, we will be back! So far Middletown breweries are 2 for 2! Equilibrium is great too!“
