“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

“So glad we tried this restaurant. Really tasty food- very fresh and nice portions. Ordered sesame tofu- egg foo young and steamed vegetable dumplings as an appetizer . Food had great flavor - light and fluffy vegetable fried rice which comes with the egg foo young dinner combo along with an egg roll which was also light and crispy not at all greasy like some places. Definitely will keep this as a favorite Chinese food place.“

“A Truly Thoughtful and Delicious Experience!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mógū Chinese Kitchen thanks to the incredible care and attention from Brian and Yesy. My son has a nut allergy, and trying new cuisines can be a little stressful—but Brian went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and welcome.
From the moment we arrived, Brian was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the menu, helped us choose safe options, and even prepared my son’s meal separately to avoid any cross-contamination. He walked us through every step and was so diligent—it truly gave us peace of mind.
During the meal, Brian checked in on us to make sure everything was going well, and his kindness really made the whole experience special. It was my son’s very first time trying Chinese food, and thanks to Brian and Yesy, it was a fantastic one!
We will absolutely be back. If you have a child with food allergies, we highly recommend dining here. The food was delicious, and the care and service were unmatched.

“I have been going here forever!!! I adore this place. The food is always so fresh and good! They have cut their hours down to Wednesday to Saturday but well worth the wait. My favorite entree is sesame chicken but everything I’ve ever had here is super good!“

“It was my first time eating here and I had an amazing experience! The food is so good! I was a little skeptical because sometimes the white meat gets weird but that is not what happened here. The meat is as white as it gets and the pork is delicious. The portions are huge so I would suggest to share. And the pan fried dumplings are too good. Be ware the soy sauce is addicting!! And omg the eggs rolls!! Are as crispy as it gets. 10/10 would recommend and I am definitely coming back ?“

“It was a quiet Sunday evening at the restaurant. So our server gave our table a lot of attention. He came by to refill our waters and checked in on us a few times.

We ordered the rock shrimp tempura, dim sum sampler and soup dumpling sampler for appetizers. Also had That's a Punch cocktail which was sweet and delish.

We came with family who ordered the most American Chinese dish you could order which were just ok. But my husband and I ordered the panko-fried Sea Bass Filets with sweet Thai chili sauce and Cumin Lamb ribs. These dishes were very tender and flavorful!!

“I often order a steamed chicken n broccoli meal with (chicken) fried rice which comes with a pint of (chicken noodle or wonton) soup. They also grow their own string beans at home n offer them to change up my meal now n then. Nice folks.
I've been getting take out for about 5 years now; they'll ask if I want my usual when I call. 10 minutes later, I'll have a fresh hot meal with soup n fortune cookies for $12 again. Cash only.“

“I have been eating Chinese food my entire life, this is the best Chinese food I have ever had! I have brought many friends there and they feel the same as I do. Nick, who is always there and very nice and helpful and easy-going. It’s always a pleasure to see him behind the counter always in a great mood. I highly recommend this place above all others.

Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options. They are all very delicious, the best I’ve ever had.

Parking: There is always plenty of parking on the side adjacent to Pulaski Road and Lark field Road.“

Excellent traditional Chow Mein. All orders picked have been flavorful and delicious.
Large portions (actually too large).
Extremely conscientiousness customer service that goes far beyond the current norm.
I also enjoy their French Fries as I’m a lover of the same.
Been a customer for well over 25 years although a hiatus here and there due to work and timing.
Blows away most of the other locals as far as food quality and service.

Dietary restrictions: The counter person, a younger man who I think is a family member quickly helps with any food type concerns. He is 100% English fluent, intelligent and delegates the same to chef’s.

Parking: Massive grocery store parking lot. Probably over 500 spaces available at any given time“

Superb cooking technique, chicken very tender, veggies blanched just right. Flawless execution. Must order.Beef with garlic sauce 9.5/10. Beef very tender, cooking technique very well. Broccoli slightly over blanched, but still crunchy, rest of veggies cooked well. The negative 1/2 pt is for too much red food coloring dye, it’s a bit too much.This place rates a solid 4.8/5.0. Very impressed and wish it was closer. 25 min drive away.“

“I'm fortunate that one of the best Chinese-American restaurants in the 3 Villages area (Amityville, Copiague, and Lindenhurst) is only a block away from my apartment. The warm bread with honey butter is the next event to fill your stomach before the actual meal starts. Chili is a great appetizer. I think most of the side dishes are fine. Steaks are good but whatever you do, stay away from any sirloin. Even prepared at medium, it tastes and chews like shoe leather and not the rich Corinthian leather kind. I've been there numerous times, but I guess the visits are spread out enough that I forget to avoid the sirloin. My default cheap nature guides me to sirloin and I regret it after the first bite. Ribeye, NY strip and anything else is fine. I'm not sure I know what their “road kill” cut is or how it tastes.“

“Clean establishment, culturally professional, and the food, in my opinion, is the best that I have had in the Lindenhurst area, which I will admit to had only tried 4 others. I am from the Bx & Bklyn & the food I feel will never match. We had the general tos chicken & their fried rice was on point. The rice was not dry but was perfectly fluffy. The chicken wings were also perfect, as they had enough flavor & tiny, as chicken wings should be. Overall, I give an 8 out of 10 for my experience. Also, I do not think the workers are rude. They are just not sociable. They focus on getting ppl their food & in/ out.

Parking: The street parking is decent. There is parking on the side and back, which is for all the shops connected. The area is safe in my opinion, as it is on a busy main street, across from a Bank, CVS, Elementary school.“

I'm surprised they don't have a higher rating. The food is consistently good. I just wish they had a few more things on their menu like duck and wontons with shrimp.“

“Jin Fu is a great, authentic Chinese restaurant. I called ahead to confirm that they can accommodate gluten free and the manager had a menu waiting for me that she marked for gluten free options. I have dined in and carried out - I like to order egg drop soup, sesame beef, and fried rice. I was given gluten free soy sauce packets for the fried rice too. Delicious Chinese food!!“
