“As a huge fan of Thai food, Eagle Thai has to be hands down my favorite place. I tried it once because I wanted somewhere local without going into the city and was pleasantly surprised. The food was incredible the staff is very friendly.

I ended up going again for my wife's birthday and brought the entire family with us and they were all amazing by how fantastic the food was as well as the service. We ended up liking the food so much we did catering for my birthday and again our guest were absolutely amazed by the quality of service and the great selection of items.“

Worst food we ever had in our lives!! Bland and expensive. It came with none of the toppings we ordered!! Tasteless and dry. I suspect the food was kept in the heat for most of the day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS S...HOLE!!!! It should be reported and closed. I can only imagine the unsanitary conditions of the place. “Thai Den has become our go-to Friday night take-out spot! The food is always hot, fresh, and incredibly delicious. Highlights are the dumplings (all of them!), pad see ew, massaman curry, thai roti, and thai basil. On top of the amazing food, the owner is always so warm and welcoming and knows us by name, and the reward points are generous and almost always ensure one of our entrees is comped in our next order. “I recently ordered takeout from Mrs. A Thai near 95th Street, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The food was packed well, still warm when I got to it, and filled with vibrant flavors that truly showcased Thai cuisine.

The Som Tum salad was an absolute winner crisp, refreshing shredded green papaya tossed with chili, lime, garlic, fish sauce, and a touch of palm sugar. The balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and salty flavors was spot on, making each bite incredibly satisfying.

The Tom Yum soup was another highlight. The broth was rich and aromatic, infused with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, chili, and fish sauce. The combination of tangy lime juice and the warmth of Thai chilies gave it just the right amount of heat, making it both comforting and invigorating.

I also tried the Mee Kati, which featured thin rice noodles coated in a creamy, slightly tangy coconut tamarind sauce. The dish was loaded with scallions, bean sprouts, red onion, tofu, and egg, creating a great mix of textures. While I enjoyed it, I found myself wishing it had a bit more spice and a deeper, more robust flavor to make the sauce stand out.

The only disappointment was the roti and curry. The roti lacked the flaky, buttery texture I was hoping for, and the curry itself was a bit bland, missing the rich, aromatic depth I usually expect from Thai curries.

Despite that, the takeout experience was great, and I will definitely be back for the Som Tum, Tom Yum, and Mee Kati—maybe next time, I’ll ask for an extra spice kick!“

“They’re so friendly and the food is very satisfying. My favorite thing to get is the vanilla boba. JUST tried the chicken katsu lunch special and it’s SO so so delicious. So satisfying. The white rice is perfect, the chicken is crispy, the roll is delicious n crunchy, the soup is yummy yummy in my tummy. Love this place“

“The Panang curry, spring rolls, and vegetable dumplings from Thai Shack made for a satisfying meal with bold, balanced flavors and enjoyable textures. Everything arrived hot, with the curry creamy and slightly sweet, the spring rolls crisp, and the dumplings tender and savory.

Overall this is my go to Thai takeout spot. However since it does have some delicious food the wait time is normally long averaging 30 minutes so I always do take out and order ahead. The food is delicious, and always hot. You won't be disappointed!“

“I’ve always wanted to go inside but yesterday I decided to order for delivery. May I just mentioned how FRESH this food was. I ordered the Pangnag dish, you can choose your proteins with all dishes so I chose shrimp. I usually don’t trust places with shrimp but they’re decent sized, juicy, fresh and simply delicious.
The sauce wasn’t too spicy for those who aren’t into very spicy food (I am) they label items that are very spicy. The food has so much flavor, you could taste the savoriness, a hint of coconut and all of the herbs and spices. I paired it with the sticky rice, and spring rolls. The pangnag sauce was so good I used it for my spring rolls.
I can’t wait to go in person and tell them how wonderful their food is and also just to actually sit inside for once I love their food and their place looks so cozy and cute.
I 20/10 would recommend this place (not being dramatic), they have vegetarian and vegan options for those who don’t choose to eat meat, and they also have pescatarian options as well.“

“Just discovered this little gem—not too far from me—and totally loved it! Unfortunately, there aren’t many Thai restaurants in my part of town, so this was a real treat.

Owned by a lovely Thai chef and served by another equally lovely Thai lady, the hospitality here was as warm as the flavors. I enjoyed a fantastic Tom Yum Goong and a super flavorful Papaya Salad—one of the best in town!

I was tempted to get my favorite, Green Curry, but the generous portions left me too full. Just means I have the perfect excuse to come back!

“Just ate lunch at Noodles Plus and it was a delight! The lunch specials come with a choice of spring roll, chive dumpling, or pork pot sticker. I tried the chive dumpling, which was wonderfully springy and paired perfectly with a tasty dipping sauce, along with a light lettuce salad on the side.

The lunch menu features classic Thai dishes like Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai, though I noticed there’s no Pad See Ew. You can add chicken, tofu, beef, or shrimp to your dishes; we both opted for beef in our noodles—Pad Thai for me and Drunken Noodles for her. The portions were generous and absolutely delicious!

The restaurant is cozy and quite popular during lunch hours, especially with the nearby office crowd in downtown White Plains. Don’t expect a leisurely lunch, as there are only about 8 tables inside, plus a few outside. We loved our meals and can’t wait to return for both lunch and dinner when we have more time to unwind!“

What really elevates each dish is the sauces - there's always incredible flavor depth and they really complement the other flavors on the plate. The fish tacos have a cashew nut sauce that balances the mango, the red snapper has a creamy coconut sauce and spicy sauce that are great together while the fish (tempura fried), cashews, and garlic chips give you crunch and texture. Plus, the inside area is beautiful and the servers and chefs are very nice :)“
