“I’ve eaten multiple times at Our Kitchen and have always had a great experience - the food, staff, service and atmosphere have always been wonderful. However yesterday was the first time, we utilized (or attended) an event in their private room upstairs and I cannot say enough good things about it. We celebrated my 70th birthday and everything was perfect. The food was delicious (served family style and there was plenty of it!), the food and bar service was great, the room itself was perfect (a very nice room with lots of space for the kids to run around) and Melanie was so easy to work with! I highly recommend Our Place for lunch, dinner and in particular, for your private event!“

“Maybe it's a little much with Paris Baguette now next door? Nah. This place is GREAT. Are they expensive? Yes. Are they always in demand by my family? Yes. You get great service, and it is one of the few places I actually go for the compulsory tip culture that I usually turn away from. They are just a great dive, always smelling good, looking good, and worth picking up cookies from when you can. Cookies, literally all they do, and they do it well as anyone could. Only complaint? They are not open on Sundays.“

Breakfast sandwiches are the best in Northern Westchester. The eating area is really more of a take-out waiting room; a little dated on the decor. “OMG! Living in Florida for 3 1/2 years eating crappy pizza I was never happier to eat a piece of heaven! Chicken Francesè (or however it’s spelt) was so good. But then we had a piece of chicken with vodka sauce pizza and that was awesome! Just visiting the area for awhile so I know where I’ll be eating while we’re here!“

“I’m glad there’s a Paris Baguette open up in Yorktown. It’s good to see more options. My only pet peeve is that I find there’s a difference between that store and the corporate store in Montvale. I wish that some of the items that you can have made at the corporate store were made at the Paris baguette store in Yorktown with the same quality. Otherwise, than that I look forward to them improving and growing in the area.“

“My boyfriend and I went to this place for dinner. I have to say we had one of the most delicious meals ever. We started with the Tuna Carpaccio and a dozen Oysters on the half shell. The Tuna was beautifully presented and delicious as were the Oysters. We had huge hot popovers served with a honey butter which were mouthwatering. We also tried the Crab Cake which was one of the best I have ever had. The Crab was fresh, and the tarter sauce was very light and didn't over power the Crab, For dinner we decided on the Roasted Chicken with watercress and the Butter Brown Spinach Ravioli. They were both amazing and the presentation was absolutely exquisite down to the garlic shaves on top of the watercress. For dessert my boyfriend had the Chocolate Sorbet and I enjoyed the Toasted Almond Ice cream as well as the fresh baked cookies with milk. I couldn't have asked for a better ending to the meal. The Ice Cream and Sorbet were delicious and the freshly baked warm cookies with milk were scrumptious. Everything was homemade and you can tell how much love goes into the food here. The server we had Mae was friendly, smiling all the time, very attentive and made our time there so nice. A special thank you also to Kerri Casso who is the Service Manager there. I know her from her previous job and Kerri is the reason we tried this place. She checked on us several times and made sure we were happy. Thank you to Mae, Kerri, Sunny and everyone there who made our meal enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!“

“Stayed in Putnam Valley and stumbled across this gem! The food is EXCEPTIONAL! We ate there nearly every day of our stay and it was fantastic! We got all kinds of pizza (WHICH WAS SOOOOOO GOOD AND ADDICTING) and wings (wings were SO CRISPY AND HOT AND JUICY)! But the best part of the place is the family atmosphere. We are very fluent with New York delis being in Manhattan and this place I would stack up against any of them, same great portions the quality of the meat was stellar and the prices are half of what you would pay in New York City. I can hardly wait to return! Sunday brunch is fantastic! Busy and absolutely worth the wait! I had their delicious shakshuka and an early grey tea while my friend had the hamburger and a cappuccino. Little Cabin is such a great spot for brisket, pastrami, corned beef, gluten-free fries, and even local farm organic eggs — yes, eggs!

It truly feels like a real neighborhood place. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food just hits the spot every time.

I’m allergic to gluten, so finding places that offer high-quality options I can actually enjoy isn’t easy. I was genuinely happy to discover that they take it seriously and still deliver amazing flavor.

“We hosted our sister in law’s baby shower at Little Sorrento and I cannot say enough good things about the space, the food, and the hospitality. We were able to comfortably host around 60 people in their back room. The food is incredible and the portions were great. The mozzarella sticks are the best I have ever had and they are homemade! Food and space aside, what really made the experience were the people involved. I want to thank Narcisa, Emily, Alie, Michael, Anna, and the rest of the team who were all hands on deck helping to make sure everything went smoothly and assisting us in whatever way they could. The care they showed to our family during such an important event in our lives will not be forgotten, and we are extremely grateful we chose them. I have always enjoyed simply dining there, but Al’s highly recommend them for any event you’re considering hosting!“
