I was presumably visibly upset to the workers at the time when I asked for directions home, they acted quickly In giving us directions home, and letting me charge my phone with one employee's personal fast charger. I had offered them 10$ since we didn't Intend to buy anything, but they refused. If that doesn't inspire confidence In the care and quality they provide to customer service, and In turn their food, I'm not sure what else could. Thank you guys!“

“Have been a customer for almost 50 years. My son who lives in Toronto always orders his pizza at Franks and takes it home. The staff are always pleasant. The food speaks for itself. My favorite is the steak sub and the cup and char. It's always busy.

“This was a really fun get away for our family! The rooms are cozy and cute, but could use a little updating and upkeep. The service was great. We didn't have an issue with waiting to get in for the buffet but I guess we had good timing on that. The fine dining restaurant Barnwood was pretty good but pricey, working out some kinks as they've only been open a few months. We loved the Watering hole for lunch, snacks and drinks. The water park itself was great, and the lines not too bad when we went. Our five year old loved the Magi quest and arcade. We are looking forward to returning.“

“The food is delicious. All of it. You really can't go wrong with ordering anything on the menu. The steak fajita wrap was the first thing I tried, and it was SO good. I love ordering the Mini Trays, it's 2 big slices of pizza made fresh however you want it.

“Wow! Where do we start?! Great vibe and environment! They sat our party of 6 in a separate room (although not completely shut-off, which we liked). Our server Romey (pardon the bad spelling) was other level! Friendly, high capacity, quick witted, and just overall fantastic. She felt like one of our party throughout the evening. Then we come to the food...I will not break down every meal but suffice to say that from the bread to the appy's to the entres and then dessert, every course seemed to be better than the one before! And also the wine and other drinks, all fabulous.
Also, the owner made his way over to ask us how things were. The entire night was beyond memorable! One of my very best dining experiences in the last 5 years! Well done Romey and entire staff.

“Recently found out I couldn’t eat gluten anymore. It was hard to find a birthday cake especially on a holiday. Nina’s was open and I got the carrot cheese cake which was good however it could have been a little more moist. I’m still getting use to all this gluten free stuff. A bit expensive but I’ll be back to try other things.
