“I haven’t eaten in a Burger King in many years. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service we received today at the State Street Burger King in Alliance. James, who took our order, brought the entirely correct food to our table, checked on us, brought us a to-go bag, and cleaned up after us. Super friendly and well-organized restaurant!“

I've often received food that is slightly under-cooked, but otherwise - very good! The staff is 50:50, some are fantastic and others will make you prefer sitting in your vehicle with a burger from McDonalds. (No doubt, this could be a result of poor tipping or negative guest interactions, it can take a toll - be kind to your wait staff!)
The atmosphere has been fine until recently with the new table side tablets that randomly play video game sounds every 20 seconds with no way to mute it - very intrusive and annoying.“

“Could not even comprehend my order tonight ... When i paid realized they didn't even ring up 2 items, then when i asked, they said "we didn't charge you for them!"... Well, "why not?.. i ordered them".. she says, "well, you will have to pay for them!". Well, what other way do you actually do this?. ..just unbelievable service tonight.
