“Look, we all know that Chipotle has majorly gone down hill, the service and the food quality and quantity have gone down considerably and the prices have gone up. This location, however, is generally the least crappy in the city. The food is usually pretty good, they’re rarely out of anything, and the people are even kinda nice sometimes. Tonight I even saw one of the young employees cleaning which, let’s face it, is super rare.“

“Ive been too many times to count, a amazing location just off the road. If you've never had skyline chill then stop right in, if you have then this location is amazing. Ive never had any issues from the at least 100 times ive been here. Staff is friendly and inviting and the food is always cooked well and good.“

“Not sure when but there is new ownership or management of the DQ in Milford. It is quick, good, and the staff are amazing. During Early Covid we would wait for up to 25 minutes and the staff didn’t seem to be very enthusiastic. The were closed for a few days or a week now they are fast, kind and efficient! They remember us and are appreciative of the business! We will be back! Thanks for putting a smile on our faces!“

“The food is always fresh & hot. Staff is friendly and efficient.
Note: I do wish they would use a deli type paper liner for the food to be placed on since they use a Styrofoam box. Usually, the food is so hot that the Styrofoam is melted by the hot chicken & fries. I have emailed the corporate office with this suggestion. I think all the restaurants serve the takeout in Styrofoam boxes. My solution for now is to pull over in the parking lot and put paper napkins under the hotel food before taking it home.
No stars off. However, corporate need to make this change across the chain.“

“We took our ball team for ice cream after a game. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! Beautiful store and very clean! My daughter left her backpack and basketball in the store. We live 1 1/2 hours from the Amelia, Ohio store so the owner took time out of his day and shipped the bag to us!! We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! Thank you!!“

“So I've been coming through the drive thru for about a week trying to get a gallon of sweet tea and Anna with the pretty blue eyes went out of her way and got me together mixing non sweet with sweet just to make it a gallon. YOUR AWESOME ANNA. also this location is not only good but skyline is the best choice out of any walnut hills restaurant but this location specifically is the most family friendly, clean , respectful, and responsible location ive been to in a while I haven't had a bad experience yet so thank you and great Job“

“It’s a fast food place in a strip mall. Not sure how to rate atmosphere, it was clean and decent. I had chili dogs and tried the chili bowl. I like chili and chili hotdogs with cheese so I gave it 5 stars. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had the chili is a little sweet for what I usually have but it was still good. They had a drive through and takeout, optional sit down service was a surprise. The great attitude of the staff was nice and the complete opposite of restaurant staff here in California. It’s the kind of food you’d get at a county fair but I sort of expected that when I went in. Overall I thought it was great and inexpensive.“

“First visit today - I ordered 2 full slabs, the fried cabbage, jalapeño corn bread stuffing, and potato salad sides, all of which perfectly compliment the smoke on those ribs. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else. Dine in or carry-out - just go get some!!“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“This is an alright Five guys with good food and good service. I normally don’t do national chains much when I’m in Cincinnati, but when it’s the only option I usually go for this Five Guys. It’s definitely worth going to if you like Five Guys.

I want to say our servers name was Kathy, she was super nice, fun to talk with, and very attentive. I had the parmesan fries and they were great. Overall, would recommend a visit“

“Ordered a large 3 way and usually I love Skyline but I asked for extra juicy but got mostly spaghetti and cheese and it was dry and very little chili this time.
I love Skyline and would usually rate it a 5 star but with it dry and mostly pasta and cheese I am taking it to 4 star.

“My sister and I went through the drive thru this evening and had such a wonderful experience as always! Tracy was so sweet and made sure we had everything in our order correctly. It was so refreshing to pick up our food after a long day to see Tracy’s positive attitude not only toward us but her fellow coworkers. We ordered double cheeseburger sliders, bacon egg and cheese sliders, chicken sliders, etc for the family- everything was super fresh and delicious!

The only HUGE downfall is the automated drive thru- ask for help right away or it will just start adding random things to your order.“

“Big fan of Chick-fil-A but as I traveled around 5,000 miles this summer I’m various trips and visited a few chick Fila’s across the country I realized the Oakley Chick-fil-A has very small chicken patties for breakfast and other meals. I was shook in Erie when an actually thick plump patty was on my sandwich. I’m not sure what may make one Chick-fil-A have tiny pieces of chicken on sandwiches as opposed to one that doesn’t but just something I noticed in my travels.“

“As a true Cincinnatian, Skyline Chili runs through my veins. Literally- Good/bad cholesterol is subjective in my opinion. Once a month, I bathe in a tub of Skyline Chili, topped with neon orange cheese, to clear my pores and improve my chakras. We are currently bottle feeding our newborn daughter Skyline chili. Our doctor said that it’s probably a bad idea, but she’s originally from Pittsburgh, so I don’t trust her. Anyways, I can’t wait to have her quinceañera and wedding at this location one day. It may be nostalgia, but the Oakley and Clifton locations are my favorite Skylines.“

“Had to try a Cincinnati three way while in town. I was whelmed. It's a sit-down, family-style restaurant with a drive-thru window, and the food is basically ready the instant you order it. So is it fast food, or family dining? Although there's a clear fast food counter to order when entering, a host greeted me, sat me, took my order, and brought my food. Honestly, the whole experience was bewildering. But the server was fun, and the food was all right. The main oddity was the cook f-bombing right and left with his co-workers, and it's not like the cook area is hidden or anything. Way to really lean into that *family* vibe, guys.“

“This is my 3rd horrible experience at this location. Anyone who's been to this location, knows once you're in line, you can't get out. I waited 30 minutes! they are always slow as molasses. get to the window to order and the girl tells me their out of chicken nuggets, that they're all frozen. I said well can't you put them un the friar and make them??? "ummm noooo sorry. But we have everything else." So I ordered tenders(which weren't crispy and cooked fully, like they should be.) and tell her I need alot of ranch, ketchup and buffalo. I finally go to get my food and 2 packets of buffalo, 3 ranches and 2 ketchup for 2 chicken tender meals with fries. This place is a joke, and this time I'm requesting my money back. 30 minutes I wasted in line, to not even get what I wanted and told them. I'm officially done with chick fil a.“

“Tonight 12/19 I came in for dinner with the family. Naturally the dining room was already busy for service so we grabbed a table and ordered. Upon getting our food we discovered my part of the order had several things wrong. The drink, the sandwich, missing the kids ice cream, etc. I don’t write this to complain but to complement the staff and Destiny in particular who helped with a smile every time I came up with a new issue.
