“Mad Jack's is a great place to go anytime. The food and service is always great. Truthfully I always get the burger with mushrooms, Swiss cheese, grilled onions & their special sauce.....always perfect. You can not pass up there home cut fries.“

“Best quesadilla I've ever had! I loved the pico and the homemade ranch with it. We weren't sure where to eat after visiting the outlets and this place was a wonderful treat! Their sandwiches were only $10 on Thursdays. My husband really enjoyed their Gyro and fries. Appetizers are currently$3 off M-F from 4-6, so my quesadilla would be cheaper then. Even though it's an appetizer, it was a full meal for me! Vincie was an excellent waitress and made us feel very comfortable, cared for, and welcome.“

“Never had a bad thing from Chuggers. The only downside, on some nights service can be rough, but that's expected. And some of the pool league people are douchebags, in my experience. That's my biggest issue with "atmosphere". But during sporting events everyone is amazing!“

“The food is always consistent here, you know just what to expect. Great fries ! Always fresh ,hot and tasty. The Rueben is my goto but the patty melt and chicken sandwiches are great too. “We went later on in the evening. It wasn't too busy, and they have a lot of comfortable seating, including couches and a nice window seat. They do have outdoor seating with a fire pit and an old tree that really adds to the scenery. The drinks were amazing. I had a salted caramel dessert martini. “I would give this place 10 stars out of 5 if I could. The food was absolutely delicious! The Italian wedding soup was the best I have ever had! The service was excellent! All of the servers were helping and kind to us. The food came out quickly! We had 5 people and everyone loved their meals. Our server was Michelle and she was the best ever! She was so extra good and interactive with our 7 year old. The atmosphere was very cool- barrels, reclaimed wood and a fire going in the fireplace. So cozy. The server noticed my mom's artistic hands and helped her box up her meal and told her she saw her hands and was hoping to help. I love this place (and I am picky) and I can't wait to come back!!!Kid-friendliness: All the helpers and wait staff were kind, patient, interactive and encouraging to our 7 year old. “Cozy, hidden gem of a restaurant. The lighting sets the mood upon entrance. Our server was attentive and very friendly. Full restaurant, but not too loud. I've tried almost everything on the menu at least once, and never had a bad experience. Tonight, french onion soup and a mushroom soup special. Both amazing. Entrees, chicken Collette and chicken pot pie. Both very tasty, hot, and well seasoned. Creme brulee for dessert. Devoured. Everything again, was a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend.... “My wife and I drove by on our way to REI. The place looked cool so we decided to stop on the way home for lunch. We got there right after they opened and we were greeted right away. The place was super clean and well put together. We sat at the bar for convenience. The owners “2 brothers” were there and helped us as soon as we sat. The lunch menu was good and had the right amount of choices. We also looked at the dinner menu and it looked amazing! Definitely heavy on fresh fish dishes. We ended up ordering the Breakfast Burger and the brussels sprouts. The burger was made fresh with farm raised beef. 1/2 lbs patty not a tiny burger. The bun was soft and flaky. It can with hash brown potatoes which were fried perfectly. The brussels sprouts were also delicious. It was a good serving too considering it was just an appetizer. My wife had a handmade margarita which she said it was great and I had two craft beers. I’d say it was a great experience and we will make the trip back for dinner soon.“

I will say the next time I go I will probably get something other than the burger. The burger was delicious but seemed to be missing something. Someone in my group got the steak hibachi style tacos and they looked delicious. The food and drink menus are plentiful with options. I will definitely be returning to this unique dining experience in Twinsburg.“

“As an out of towner from the Dayton area I had my first meal in the area here. I ordered the max the knife burger, I have to say it was exactly as described and delicious. “Most restaurants are either affordable with a limited menu of burgers, pizza etc. Or high-priced offering more elaborate items. The American Tavern offers both at reasonable prices that will please a variety of tastes. The one downside is parking where people drive around looking for a spot and leave. It would be nice if they could fix it.“

“Best Mexican around, a little pricey but worth it. The ground beef is actually seasoned & has a lot of flavor, unlike every other Mexican restaurant. They have great guacamole but it is like $12, so it's VERY expensive. That being said, it tastes great, but it's way cheaper to make the same thing at home.They barely put any cheese on their tacos. I always order extra cheese on them & I still can barely find any cheese on them. Thankfully I always order cheese dip, so I end up having to use that on my tacos. Kind of annoying.Update: I took a star away because their take-out/online ordering service needs some serious work. I ordered two tacos for myself & only received one. I mostly wanted to just eat chips with salsa, guacamole & cheese dip (I even ordered a large cheese & large guac). They only gave us a TINY bag of chips, smaller than any other Mexican restaurant would give. Why couldn't they give us a normal size bag? Needless to say, I ate one taco & a handful of chips & was still left hungry. :(“

“My friend group have come here for dinner 3 times, and we’ve had consistent good experiences. One of us gets sushi, and has really liked all of the different rolls. One of us is vegetarian and all options have been delicious. Then one has gotten the beef and chicken skewers and loves the katsudon. We have enjoyed everything that we’ve tried and the staff is very friendly. We usually go in around 5PM when they open for dinner, and it usually isn’t busy. We all recommend trying this place! Everything is clean and nothing feels too close together. The atmosphere and seating are pretty open.Vegetarian options: I am unsure if all of the sauces are vegetarian or not, but there is a category with around 10 options that are marked as vegetarian and some vegetarian appetizers as well.“
