“So glad to have discovered this place! Mind you, I discovered it through installing the epoxy floors there, because I actually live an hour away. But I stopped there today and finally had a chance to try out his pizza.. And let me tell you! Some of the best pizza I've ever had! I got the New Yorker, and I've legitimately never seen a bigger pizza, not in person at least. I've gotten to know the owner, and he seems to really care about his business, and clearly cares about his pizza, because it for sure shows in the quality of it! All of the ingredients tasted super fresh, and super tasty. I got the New Yorker with Pepperoni and Banana Peppers, my personal favorite combination. And I only made it through 2 slices!! 2!! This pizza is worth every dime. It was not only tasty, but cooked to perfection. The toppings were plentiful, the dough was delicious, and the crust was so good(which many places fail at). Even though I'm rarely out in this area due to the distance, I'll surely be back to try more things on the menu! Glad to have met you! And glad to have finally tried the pizza! 😁🍕 Thanks Mike! BTW.. “*Update: Due to Pizza Hut’s response, I have increased the rating to 4-Stars.Not a fan of this location. Despite the convenient late hours and amazing deals they offer, that’s about the only time it’s worth it (except maybe if you’re not a huge fan of pizza sauce).Their pizza is almost sauceless here, which accounts for most of the rating. I then began selecting “extra sauce” when ordering, but end up with a very small amount - only a slight smear…which for me, I don’t think tastes good. Even when ordering it well-done, the pizza just seems like it’s maybe cooked to a regular-bake, in my opinion.All of my orders have been ready on time nevertheless! I do always try to take care of the workers, and have given this location half a dozen tries too, but still have the same experience. I’ve ordered from both the app, and the website as well, to be sure before reviewing.All-in-all, the hand tossed pizza is pretty mediocre taste-wise I would say…but the value is certainly worth it - but only when using a coupon. “I made an order on my way to pick up my son from school. I figured it would be convenient since the timing was right. I got my kiddo and headed over to the Gioninos. When I got there my order was rang in wrong and only half was made. So now my 15 min wait was going to be 1/2 hour. I have hungry kiddos and just wanted to bring some food home quick. The girl at the counter was super nice and owned up to the error. I appreciated that! She wanted to make it right so she offered us a 2L pop, added in a free slaw, and got the manager and we got 10$ off. The girl made it right. And so did the owner/manager. Being in that industry is tough. I know that most Gioninos are franchised and personally owned. I appreciate the effort that was put in to make it work out for both parties and we will be returning customers!! They were happy to offer a beverage while we waited. Thanks!!! 😊“

Online they have deals and twice I've tried ordering the '16" xl 1 topping pizza and 6 Pepperoni rolls for $25.99'. After 5 minutes of being on hold because nobody knew what deals they had, i was finally able to redeme the online deal. This last time ordering, we got home and realized they gave us a 12" pizza.... i thought the pizza looked small when my husband got home but we were hungry. it wasnt until the next day, i noticed the bottom of the box says 12". soooo, instead of getting an extra large, we got a small? either update your website and deals, or educate your staff on the deals you have!! $26 for a small pizza and 6 skimpy Pepperoni rolls??? “Service has gone down hill in recent years. Biggest problem with poor service is that it shows in the food. This was once an excellent establishment for quality delivery, not any longer. There is zero consistency between orders other than something is always missing from the orders. Completely different from when this location opened up several years ago.

Edited for follow-up: Owner reached out after our latest mishap and was more than understanding, even giving us a generous and unnecessary gift card/credit. Customer service from the store manager and owner was fantastic. If nothing else, try them out based solely on the customer service from management and beyond.“

We got 2 Impossible burgers that were great the onions and pickles were delicious on the burgers, 2 loaded fries which were incredible they were our favorite part of the meal, and 2 chocolate shakes which were also very good! I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas!
