“The Village Pump is a great place! The atmosphere is extremely friendly. And the food is some of the tastiest in the area! We’ve been going there for many years and we have never had a bad meal yet! Food comes out piping hot every time and is very flavorful! They have specials each day that are always amazing! I highly recommend this place to anyone!“

“Food was really good for your basic bar food. Drinks were a smidge too sweet for my liking but overall tasty as well. Service was spotty depending on which server came over to the table. Will be back to take advantage of their patio this summer“

“This place is a hidden gem! I got off the interstate looking for a place to have dinner. Everything is fast food with the occasional family restaurant. I found this place by chance and am so glad I did. By far the best Indian food I’ve ever had, and I’ve been around the globe many times for work. Top notch! I’m going to make this place a priority each time I travel through from now on! The food is AWESOME!?“

“Absolutely obsessed—Barrel 33 is a must-visit! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxed but elevated—the perfect mix of cozy and cool. The service was friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. I ordered the Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini, and it was hands down one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Just the right balance of sweet and tart, and so refreshing. The Hangover Burger was everything you want in comfort food—juicy, flavorful, and stacked with all the good stuff. Total perfection. Barrel 33 knows how to do it right—amazing food, incredible drinks, and a vibe that makes you want to stay all night. I’ll absolutely be back!“

“All five stars? Well, it must have been Saturday, I must have gotten a rack of ribs with extra sauce that were smoky good, and the bartender must have done a great job taking my order and getting me a beer.
Seriously, I was absolutely impressed by the ribs. Cooked over charcoal or wood because the smoke ring was perfect, as were the ribs. No fat (NO fat!) and just a slight char on the ends. There are a lot of great rib joints around Youngstown, and since it's harder and harder to find roast lamb on Saturdays, ribs are my safety pick. The ribs at the Royal Oaks were perfect, better after I got them home and slapped them in a casserole and baked at 250 tightly wrapped for like 40 minutes. Absolutely great flavor that will impress anyone who likes a nice rack of ribs.

“Teenie's is a local bar. Friday's they serve handmade pierogi's and fish baked, broiled or fried. Other side dished include cole slaw and mac and cheese which are all delicious but get there early because they draw a big crowd or call and order a pickup to go.“

“Food? Seriously? Well, not for the food. But for the beer, watching Gunsmoke on TV, and pool tables and darts, this is a damn nice joint. Open at 11 or noon every day, well except Mondays. Mondays is hit or miss, depends on if anyone answers the door. I’m kidding! And seriously. Two good bar pool tables. That and the ginger ale (I don’t even drink!) and the folks who patronize the place are why I like it here.“

“We were attending a birthday celebration and from the moment we walked in the atmosphere was welcoming. Our waitress Macey was awesome!! She was also trai I g a person. Food was just as good! Very kid friendly also.

Clean, and the staff is great.Newly expanded kitchen has some really good options.Planned on just stopping by, ended up staying for two hours.No live music the night I was there, but I hear that they have some really good bands.
