“First time ever trying a Mr Hero. Had a medium Hot Buttered Cheese steak. Waffle fries.(Like Chic-fil-lay) And a soda. 15$ fast service. Clean, well lit place. (You can dine in) Men's room had a sign saying "out of order" although a male employee used it...food was hot and flavorful. Not a bad experience.“

“I’ve been coming here for a few years for breakfast and lunch. They provide the true American diner experience. Staff is very friendly and attentive, even when usually very busy for lunch service. Very menu option I’ve tried has been great. The country fried steak is delicious and a fan favorite with our group. Their knockout burger is phenomenal as well. You can taste the quality of the meat and ingredients they use. Do yourself a favor (and a laugh) and tip the kitchen! Keep up the great work.“

Seating is communal, so if you are a small group (2-4), expect to share a table with another small group.

“My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. I had the chicken pitta, my husband had veal parm (our server Tony suggested it as it would go great with the wine he chose). Both dishes were so plentiful we each took half home. The amount of artichokes and red peppers on my piccata was very generous, they don’t skimp on anything! We ended the night with Affogato and it was also wonderful. Bottom line is the whole experience was great! We can’t wait to be back in Cleveland and come back…don’t miss out.“

“My go-to spot for a cannoli and espresso! Presti’s is an absolute gem. There’s something here for everyone. Sometimes there’s a long wait if it’s busy but it’s always well staffed and the employees are clearly hustling. I always tip because they work so hard!“

If you like crispy, chewy sourdough crust and thinness and amazing flavors, this place is for you. I would say it is like Roberta's of Brooklyn, NYC. The sauce is also tart and has amazing flavor. My favs are the pepperoni and the white pizza with the mushroom and garlic. I have tried Little Italy, some place that starts with M and V, and I tell you, if you are a coastal expat, this is your pizza oasis.“

“We stopped in for lunch and it exceeded our expectations! We ordered a ham sandwich on focaccia bread with potato, broccoli and cheddar soup, and the Claudio sandwich with white bread. It was all spectacular! The story of how the shop started was also sweet to read inside the restaurant. We will definitely stop here again next time we are in the area.“
