“First time ever trying a Mr Hero. Had a medium Hot Buttered Cheese steak. Waffle fries.(Like Chic-fil-lay) And a soda. 15$ fast service. Clean, well lit place. (You can dine in) Men's room had a sign saying "out of order" although a male employee used it...food was hot and flavorful. Not a bad experience.“

“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“

“I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!“

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

“This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.“

“I never thought I'd have another italian sub sandwich again after I stopped eating meat in the late '90s (yeah, people can do it for that long and still be alive. Amazing, right?). And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. “The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“I've always enjoyed this Mr. Hero location. I love the Roman Burger with waffle fries and of course you got to have the cheese sauce with the fries. It hit the spot today. The staff has always been helpful and it's a nice area if you want to enjoy your meal inside. I will say the food is hit or miss at times on when it’s ready so it’s hard to tell if it’s busy or not but other than that it’s good.“

Romanburger… Romanburger… This location has got to be one of the best on the east side. Everything is always hot, bread is fresh - seems clean inside.“

“I was here on 10-11-25 after a previous negative experience and both the service and food were outstanding. There was a team member working in the grill area who noticed me waiting and asked the front counter person to find out what I was waiting for. I hadn't been waiting long, but it was nice to know that they were paying attention. My food was fresh, which I appreciated because I previously had cold fries and overly toasted bread. I felt like a valued customer and I hope they keep this standard of service.“

“I would give this DiBella's a five star all the way across the board for several reasons. The management is responsive and clearly knows how to run a restaurant. The restaurant and bathrooms are spotless. The service is great. Subs are great! This is a very well-run franchise here in Mayfield heights.“

“I've been to many Subway locations over the years. And until going to this particular one I didn't really pay attention to the fact that it really does depend on which franchise should go to. This particular location hit all the right check boxes and that's why I gave it five stars because it made me think back to the ones that are actually closer to my home that compared to this one had a lot lower quality. Now I know I'll actually take the time to drive a little bit out of my way because the quality, cleanliness, the service and everything else was far better than the ones that are just around the corner from me.
