“I visit this Subway around once a week. The staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It seems to be that of a family business. The people care, and are always very welcoming. Even when training new folks they're extremely courteous and try to work with haste to get you back within a reasonable time. I would highly recommend.“

“I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Ethan and his staff for doing such an absolutely amazing job at my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Ethan is the best! He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. “So I told y'all I went to thecrispychick_cle and I ordered the Mega Meal since it was our first time there that way me and babe can eat so I get the food and we pull off and start on our way then babe look in the food and sees that there are only four tenders well in the Mega Meal is supposed to be six tenders a french fry two sauces garlic bread and a drink so I busted you turn and went back and explain to the cashier that I ordered a mega and there were only four Tenders in there well she says I'm sorry about that let me let them know and so she says okay they're going to bring you to tenders up I said okay thank you when she comes up to the window she hands me a box and says im so sorry well I opened the box and here is five more Tenders in the Box... no arguments or nothing... no let me see your receipt it was just very pleasant they made a mistake and they corrected it right off of the drib and plus the food was good even for me with no teeth the Fry's (crinkle) has season on it so I didn't need ketchup salt and pepper the chicken was nice and hot out the grease but not greasy the honey mustard sauce was like no other honey mustard sauce that I have tasted the only regret that I have with this $12 purchase is not getting the lemonade Because by the way that chicken taste I know for sure that that lemonade was good as hell but here are the pictures and I did a video but I'm going to put the video on Tik Tok with a little editing and stuff and tag them in it so if you're ever by 55th and Woodland drop by they are really good and they are #blackowned“

“From the time I walked in, until the time I walked out we witnessed and experienced the best fast food experience I’ve had in my life. A young gentleman named James helped us out when we went and ordered and was extremely nice and professional. After we received our food another young gentleman whose name we did not get stopped and asked us how our food was as a manager would do if you were at a high end restaurant which was great. As we ate our food we noticed that James was helping an elderly woman to her car. Me and my girlfriend both looked at each other and in unison said “ whatever they are making it is not enough”. If I were to recommend any location in Ohio it would be this location if I could give 10 stars I would.“

“I got the oreo ice cream cake. The made it perfectly. Had to adjust my son's name. Everything else was great! The color he chose was great. Didn't even know there were those options. This is why it pays to ask questions. It wasn't even extra for the little things.“

“I understand that each dairy Queen is a locally owned and operated franchise, but this DQ is significantly higher than others I've been to. The same meal that I buy for $14 rounded up at the stow franchise location was over $17 here. Advertised a 4pc with fries for 7.49, large drink 2.99. wanted to substitute a large cheese curd for the french fries that were included. A la carte the cheese curds are advertised is $6.99. I received zero credit for the substitution and they charged me a la carte for everything. The combo rang up as 10.99 on the receipt, the cheese curds rang up as $5.99 on the receipt, and the drink rang up as 1.09.

They don't review the order with you at the speaker or show you what anything is ringing up on a screen so there's no way to discuss it until you get to the window and get your receipt. So however they have it programmed in their system looks like they're always charging more than what they are advertising. Transparency would be nice.“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

I called them to let them know about the situation. They told me, I could come in when I had time because I was off to work. Today I went in to Arby's and got the correct Sandwich "Chicken Bacon and Chedder. They really went beyond my expectations because they not only gave me the Sandwich but curly fries and a drink too with no extra Charge. “I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“Jordin took my order in the drive thru she was very efficient and got several cars out in a timely manner. While also managing to be very personable and friendly yet professional. “It is a good Arby's. Typical Arby's food, which is usually pretty good. Parking lot is a little tight, but should have room. The bathroom was clean, glad they gave paper towels, and the water out of the faucet was a good amount. I'd definitely eat here again. Staff was friendly too.
