The lunch menu is amazing, I wish I got to try the breakfast. For how busy it is in there and what seems like only two people behind the counter, the service was phenomenal. The cashier recognized us as soon as we came in and thanked us for coming back. Food is great and fresh, you can see them folding sourdough behind the counter! Beautiful atmosphere, lovely staff, delicious food. If you have about 15-20 minutes to stop in I absolutely recommend it. Do not skip the home fries with rosemary aioli!“

“Best Subway in Grove City, I eat here regularly. Employees are friendly and know what they are doing. Never have had an issue.

Update 2025: I hate the new menu. I no longer eat here. The location staff is still great, but now corporate makes you pay for double cheese and less meat. The combination is disgusting and I am not paying extra for something I do not want. It is waaay too much cheese. Also, they no longer have the Spicy Italian.

Bring back the old menu. This one sucks.“

“I finally got to try this place for the first time since my son’s ABA clinic gave us a coupon for a free 5 inch. It is the best sub I have ever tasted better than Subway. Better than Jimmy John’s better than them all. Plus, let’s add on the fact I called and asked if they would bring my subs out curbside because I didn’t want to get my newborn out of the car and they were so generous enough to bring my order out to my car. “Parking: Most people use the McDonald's parking lot which is 2 stores down however, beware of homeless people who are paid by the McDonald's establishment who are on lookout of people who park in their lot and don't actually go to their business. McDonald's will tow your vehicle.“

I don't think I had this problem at the Bexley location as I do pickups for lunch and everything is ready when they say it will be. Only at the Canal Winchester PS do I have these days.
I've done the order already online 4 or 5 times, all times I arrived and my food wasn't ready. Otherwise, this would be my family's choice of food in the Canal area.
