“I give this a 5 mostly for Atmosphere. Finally a restaurant with sound absorbing materials instead of metal and blaring music. I have this crazy idea that I like to hear the person across from me. Service is great. Food is decent. House fried rice is great and I like the eggs in the rice.“

“Saturday evening dining brought a loud and crowded environment. Server was trying to do the best he could but it was obvious they were short staffed. Long wait in between courses and disappointed with the crispy green bean appetizer which came saturated in grease. The tempura was not tasty. Filet Entree was just ok, nothing special. Kudos to the bar tender as he kept the much needed $8.99 cocktail specials coming!“

“I came in around 2:30. I've been looking for a new go to Chinese restaurant for 2 years. The employees were very nice and the restaurant looked very clean. The food was nothing special. There wasn't enough sauce on the cashew chicken and lomein. However the veg was very crisp. I am unsure of the freshness of the veg. I may try it again.“

“Crab Rangoon - 10/10. Best I have found in the Columbus. Traditional shape, six in a order, filling is a wonderful blend ( but not blended/pureed), seasoned, overall filling size was prefect. The wonton was fried evenly, tasted fresh and did not taste as if it was fired with other menu items. This was a to go order and they did travel, about 10 mins, and held up well.

“The food is always done within 10-15 minutes of us ordering. They're good at taking orders over the phone, and polite when we go in to pick it up. The order is never incorrect, no matter what we end up getting. I absolutely love this place because the food is always consistently good and fresh. Some places aren't consistent or their rice is dry and we've literally never had a problem with this place. The best Chinese food around and highly recommend to everyone.“

“Great food, generous portions, and excellent service!

I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai and was really impressed. The portion was very generous and packed with flavor. The shrimp were fresh, a really good size, and there were plenty throughout the dish. The noodles were flavorful and well prepared, with a nice balance of ingredients that made every bite enjoyable.

I also ordered the Orange Chicken, and it was just as good. The chicken had a great flavor, and I especially liked that it included pieces of real orange, which gave the dish a fresh citrus touch. It came with white rice, and once again, the portions were very generous. You definitely get a good amount of food for your order.

The service was another highlight of our visit. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and welcoming, and they made sure we had everything we needed without making us feel rushed. The combination of flavorful food, fresh ingredients, large portions, and great customer service made for a very enjoyable experience.

“Coming from New York I’ve been looking for a great Chinese food restaurant. The hospitality here is great. The food here is great. The shrimp fried rice reminded me of the shrimp fried rice from the Chinese restaurants in New York. It took me 2 1/2 years to find a Great (Chinese) restaurant. Ping is a great host. She was amazing. Thing brought us out free vegetable rolls and crab Rangoon’s.“

“First time take away order from GAR. My family and I loved it! Excellent Pad Thai and Mala Green Beans. Also loved the mini spring rolls and the house hot mustard dipping sauce with it. Its way better than those little packets of hot mustard usually given. Quick service, affordable pricing, great menu variety and very clean looking establishment. “This has been our go-to Chinese restaurant, especially for the lo mein;it’s consistently delicious and always hits the spot. The flavors are great, portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh every time we order.

The place is not fancy and when you walk in tge staff if friendly and helpful. I got some of the best fried dumplings and egg rolls I have had in a long time.
