“Greeted pleasantly and seated promptly (had a reservation). Server and additional staff were professional and attentive. Apps, drinks and entrées were as described, as well as delicious. Great menu variety for all tastes! Atmosphere is upscale, even though casual dress code. Great place to stop in when visiting downtown CLE for any event. Hilarities show was quite entertaining as well. Looking forward to going back.“
“The best deli in town, and some of the best corned beef I have had. Small diner open for breakfast and lunch on weekdays only. I went on Friday around 12:30 and there was a line out the door and around the corner. Took around 15 mins to get in and get food. Corned beef is piled high and is super tender and tasty. Come hungry because the sandwhich is big. Will be back again!“
“Jam-packed on a Saturday evening but food, atmosphere, and especially service was on point. Erica took great care of us, her recommendations and suggestions were perfect. Some dishes the group loved were the cheddar biscuits (of course), whipped feta, blackened shrimp capellini, and butternut squash carbonara.“
“What a cute little diner! The food was incredible and the service was even better. Our server helped us order per her recommendation. The breakfast sandwich was great and the Irish coffee hands down was the best I ever had-they make their own Irish cream that I could drink by the boatload. The only caveat being this place gets PACKED on the weekend. Like 2 hour wait for a table. Go during the week to fully soak up the vibe.Parking: Parking is on Lorain Ave, paid by the meter“
“This review is for brunch specifically - the bloody marys are not very good, they were strangely a light pink color and tasted very watered down. The snacks on top were great though, although the pierogi on top was super cold & a little soggy from resting on top of the drink. We split a brunch sampler board, which is definitely big enough for 2 people. The eggs came out lukewarm, which I assume is just due to the timing of plating them/being picked up. Everything on the board was quite tasty. We sat in the room off to the side of the main restaurant (beer garden room, I think?) - it was very warm in there, but April is a fickle month, so I get why it's hard to manage the temperature! It's a beautiful room though and I'm glad we got to sit there. Also want to shout out the fact that the bathrooms contain free period products which should be the standard everywhere ?“
“The food is amazing here. My mouth is watering just thinking about the Bavarian pretzel appetizer as well as the sauerkraut ball appetizer. They were getting really busy and the owner came over to our table to refill our beer since the waitress was a bit behind. A nice older German lady, and she chatted with us for just a bit. You can't go wrong here.Parking: The place gets crowded during peak times, so parking can be difficult.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp“
“I first came here for lunch in March 2023 after they first opened and absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, they no longer offer lunch service, but I highly recommend for a nice night out! Such a cute cozy place inside and I love that they've been doing themed pop up bars. I can't wait to try out their patio in the summer!“
“Found this place on Google and so glad we gave it a shot. The place was packed but the staff had everything running like a well-oiled machine. The service was great and the food was delicious. It's definitely the best spot for breakfast!Parking: We lucked into the only available spot. We saw several other cars making laps trying to find parking.“
“We love Fat Cats!!! Took my partner for the first time a couple weeks ago and their mouth has been watering to go back since. My favorite dish is the steak tacos, every ingredient is so fresh and light.Cocktails never miss because the bartenders are amazing!!! Sweetest people who work hard to bring us such a 10/10 experience in Tremont.“
“See Gina (Woodmere location) if you want great service. My husband and I (from MD) and my brother and his wife (OH) came here to celebrate my birthday. We had an awesome time! Gina was very informative about the restaurant and the menu choices. She was fantastic! Thank you Gina! We’ll be back!“
“Went here for our anniversary dinner. The restaurant is very nice & our waitress was great. Got the French onion soup, which was very delicious nice and sweet. We also got the crab claws which I didn't think were anything special, but my significant other enjoyed them. For my main I got the filet au poivre. The filet was cooked perfectly and was so tender you barely had to chew it. However, whatever the sauce was underneath was extremely salty. Overall the meal was good even though it costs a small fortune to eat here.“
“So let me just tell you this was above and beyond. I have been to several ‘tasting menu' restaurants in life and this may have surpassed my all time favorite in Denver! Our waitress was Kiera and she was an absolute blast. She was friendly and knowledgeable and made our dinner an experience. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac and my friend is a vegan ... not an eye was batted. Both of us enjoyed our own tasting menu catered to our needs! I cannot say enough good things about this because I have been to many places that force you to get the same menu! It was my very first time eating out after the diagnosis and let me tell you ... I am not worried about bit because all the food I was served was delicious ?“
“Pancakes the size of my head with fresh blueberries, and the staff seem to be close and know their customers. A little hectic on a Saturday morning with a ton of pickup orders but plenty of seating. Also a lot of really cool artwork on the walls.“
“Almost perfect! Service was great - I didn’t love my initial cocktail and without being asked, the server wanted to replace it for me. The meal started out really wonderful with the dips and oysters were spot on. The cold noodles were probably our least favorite as there wasn’t enough sauce in it to keep it from being sticky in our mouth. Didn’t love the potatoes, either but I was near full at that point.“
“This was such a nice experience. The staff, from the person who seated us to our waitress, were friendly without being over the top and the service was fast, accurate and attentive. The food (we came for a late breakfast) came quickly and was hot and delicious (and the portions were generous). We arrived mid morning on a weekday and by 11:15 the place had filled again, presumably for lunch rush. I’d certainly come here again if I return to Cleveland.Kid-friendliness: Staff had several tables with high chairs going and happily rolled with the pre-cutlery crowd.“
“Chey is an amazing server. She anticipated drink refills before we even realized it ourselves. We moved to Cleveland in August and my husband and I don’t go out to eat a lot—but this is our third time back to Heck’s and our second time being served by Chey. (She even remembered us from months ago!) We brought my mom to try Heck’s and she ALSO commented multiple times on how great of a server Chey is— she’s quick, funny, confident, and truly kind. Heck’s sure has a great one!For food—we’d recommend any of the burgers with any of the aiolis for the fries. It’s our favorite! (No pictures sadly because we dug in too quickly!)“
“So happy to find this place when venturing into Cleveland after two days at Kalahari Resort in Sandusky. This place has SO many amazing, delicious, and healthy options. It was exactly what we needed. The kid menus come with adorable Wikky Sticks and the fruit cup was so much better than what kids usually get. My kids ate all the blueberries, strawberries and apples. They also loved the strawberry blueberry smoothie. I got the Thai peanut bowl with chicken and was so happy I did - absolutely delicious. My husband got a chicken chopped salad and a smoothie. The vibe is awesome, the servers are super kid-friendly and I would 1000% come here again.Kid-friendliness: Toys are awesome and the server even took the chicken tenders off our bill when my son didn’t like them, but she let us keep the fruit. Truly wonderful service.“
“For years, the mysterious "Society Lounge" sign on E. 4th St. in Cleveland beckoned us like a siren call during our annual pilgrimage for the MAC tournament. Last year, curiosity finally got the better of us, and we ventured inside – an experience that instantly transformed Society Lounge into a mandatory stop on our Cleveland itinerary. On our return to Buffalo last night from Columbus we made a point to revisit this hidden gem before dinner. Society Lounge never disappoints. The bartenders are true mixology maestros, their encyclopedic knowledge of spirits eclipsing all others. Each meticulously crafted libation is a sublime work of art, perfectly balanced and exquisitely presented.More than just a bar, Society Lounge is a sanctuary for those who appreciate the finer things in life. If you are lucky enough to get a spot at the bar Its ambiance exudes a timeless elegance, inviting you to linger and savor every moment. Whether you're a cocktail aficionado or simply seeking a sophisticated respite, this extraordinary establishment is sure to leave you enchanted.“
“We had been looking forward to going here for a few weeks, and it did not disappoint. Our simple breadboard and green herb mix salad appetizers were great. Our main meal of sandwiches and salads were also very good, but the best part of the meal was the Red Velvet Cake, which was to DIE FOR.In short, we would definitely come back.“
“I am from Lafayette La and would consider myself a true source to what authentic New Orleans cuisine should.be. I have also been in the industry for well over 2 decades so may know a thing or 2 there as well having been in the FOH in several various concepts and cuisines from New Orleans ro New York These guys nailed it! I had the award winning gumbo, etoufee, hush puppies, bread pudding and REAL french bread all rhe way from home made me so homesick! The owners are masters at their craft in food, and hospitality. Great atmosphere and vibe all the way down to the Abita Beers on tap!! Cheers guys! Well done!“
“The corned beef sandwich and potato chips were very soggy. Some of the pickle chips were loose and on top of the chips. The other pickle chips loose had their juice run down the bottom of the sandwich. I was there before noon on 3/17. The pickle chips could have been in a bag or a very small to go cup with a closed lid. This was a waste of money and not very appealing.“
“Best brewery in Cleveland!A great variety on tap, and everything we tried was very good. The menu had enough options, but wasn’t bloated, and the food was all expertly made. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was charming. Will be back soon!“
“I was pleasantly surprised by the Northstar cafe. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat before Sunday mass. The food came out quick and was delicious. Was a bit sad that they didn’t have a wider latte selection, but the atmosphere and food made up for it. There’s a coffee shop close by at Van Aken Market.“
“I hade the black bean chilli and my friend ordered "the Quinn" (Peanut butter, cheese and vegetables sandwich). Both was really good. The milkahakes come with the metal cup?? ?Parking: On the other side of the street is a free parking garageKid-friendliness: They have crayonsWheelchair accessibility: Possible“
“We were walking down W 25th and saw Old Angle Tavern from the windows facing the street. It looked like a relaxed place that had some people in it, but wasn't overlying crowded so we strolled in. I'm glad we did!We sat at the bar and were greeted by a friendly bartender. After some light conversation, we ordered some food. I got some wings that really hit the spot! They have a great Buffalo sauce that's flavorful and spicy. And they're ranch dipping sauce is clearly made in house...I've never had ranch that was that buttery and tasty! My dining companion enjoyed his salad and soup as well. Great atmosphere and music too! I'll be back!“
“I have been wanting to try this place for awhile. My dad and I came in for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised by how large the menu is. We decided on duck fat wings, steak tacos and chicken livers with side salad. Will return again everything was delicious.“
“This is a nice, cozy little spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We came here for breakfast. They have a pretty good selection of breakfast fare. We had omlettes. They came with a choice of potatoes. We got the cubes, which were crispy outside and fluffy inside. The food came out very hot and tasted good on this rainy morning. The coffee kept coming without a lot of asking. The server was very pleasant and nice.I will definitely come back here again.Parking: Parking at a premium here. But you can park across the street.“
“Food and service is always exceptional here! We got the hummus, carrots, broccoli and smash burgers. I got the mystic to drink! Love this place and will keep coming back again and again. Oh and we got the carrot cake for dessert, to die for!“
“Food was great , customer service and atmosphere was good , prices are a little high , simply because there’s no combos everything is priced separately for example if you get a burger the fries are separate and the drink is separate but I’m overall pleased and definitely will be “
“Visited Lucky's Cafe for an early lunch on a Friday. Pleasantly surprised that it wasn't overly crowded and we seated immediately. Our server very pleasantly and promptly introduced herself, and explain the specials to us. We had a lovely small table right next to the window Streetside. It was a gorgeous day outside and lots of folks were about it was fun people watching. Entrees ordered included the curry chicken sandwich and the Best Thing I Ever Ate, Michael Symon, biscuits and gravy. The chicken salad was very tasty accompanied by some fresh chips and a small fruit garnish the chicken and gravy entree for breakfast or lunch was very generous the biscuits had a very unique flavor, served with hash browns which were probably the big oops on the plate and fresh grapes. The hash browns were rather flavorless. A bottle of homemade hot sauce was served along with the entrees which is available to purchase and I thought it was very good. There are many other tasty dishes on the menu that appealed to us as well. It's hard to pass up the pastry case as you leave the restaurant and it's a great place just to stop in and grab a latte and a pastry if you're headed elsewhere. Charming little restaurant only open for breakfast and lunch.“
“Restaurant is hard to find (go through the curtains at the end of the green warehouse building) but worth the hunt. Service was excellent and the food was so fresh and delicious. We watched the chef cut potatoes by hand for home fries. Pricing was low for the amount of food because it's a lot of food!“
“Went there for my daughter's birthday. Enjoyed a great evening. Her food came out a bit late and though we were enjoying our time, they went out of their way to make it better - they bought a round of drinks, took her dinner off the tab and gave her a "Borgata" snow cap. In addition they had the whole place sing "Happy Birthday". Couldn't have had a better time or a better group of people running the place. Can't wait to go back.“
“It’s always a fun time at The Fairmount! Food and drinks are delicious. I would recommend if you’re coming with a group to call ahead and make a reservation as the place is pretty much always packed in the evenings. We’ve done multiple times and they have both indoor and outdoor dining. The patio is very nice and dog friendly.“
“Stopped in today. I ordered viener schnitzel and home fries. Had a salad as well with fresh bread. Everything was very fresh. Schnitzel was very good and loved the home fries. My aunt got the city chicken. She liked it as well. This is a Cleveland Gem. If in the area it is a must stop!“
“The establishment said only two servers were there for lunch, so it took a long time for everything. The server did his best. The salmon was perfect. However, the pecorino risotto was very crunchy. I do not recommend. I was told the veggies had to be mixed in, so it was not good. I would substitute it for a different side if you go with the salmon.Lots of good options on the menu.“
“This place is really good. Belongs in a more upscale area. But glad it's here. Only thing is the hours. They're bab to begin with. Add in that I've gone there for food during there hours, to find the doors locked. With no explanation. Not being consistent isn't good for repeat customers.“
“I got a corned beef sandwich and Jojos for St Patrick’s day. I’m so glad I did. The corned beef was delicious, the Rye was delicious… everything was perfect. The jojos were excellent too. I’ve added them to my Uber Eats Favorites. If I ever want another Corned beef sandwich, I’m going to order from here.“
“Went for lunch with a group on a Monday. The place was busy from the moment they opened. A true testimony to how wonderful the food, service, and atmosphere is. None of the people in my group had been before and everyone raved about how delicious the food was. A great place to go if you're looking for something different than the typical lunch options. It's definitely worth the trip and I will definitely be back.“
“Home Bistro is by far one of the best and most unique restaurants in little Italy. Their servers are great and very friendly in addition to the already amazing food. While a non Italian resturant in Little Italy might seem weird, Home Bistro does not disappoint 6/5 stars :)“
“Visited from Atlanta, GA and adding this stop to my Oysters Series @Queenfully_eatsIndulged in the Oysterville raw oysters + Stuffed Oysters (Rockefeller). Both were soooo amazingly tasty, we ordered 2 of both. Buddy was our server & provided excellent service & recommendations✨Watch my review video on IG @Queenfully_eatsParking: There is a large parking lot within walking distance. PAY BEFORE YOU EAT! Leave the ticket on your dashboard.“
“If I were to describe Butcher and the Brewer in one word, it would be: derelicte. Never before have I seen a space that so fully embraced the dumpster chic aesthetic... and located on swanky East 4th Street to boot! (That said, it did have a certain kind of charm.)As expected, all of the beers were delicious, with a wide variety to boot (including an abundance of seasonally-appropriate barrel-aged stouts, each one more boozy and addictive than the last). While the food was good, most dishes were missing that one element that could have elevated them to the next level. The kimchi arancini and onion dip were both flavorful but a little bit stodgy, the chutney for the broiled (not fried - I appreciated that!) brussels sprouts was lacking in depth, and the meatballs were fine but completely outshone by the pungent puttanesca sauce. The one exception was the pretzel - do yourself a favor and get the pretzel! It was outstanding; easily the best brewpub pretzel in the city! (To be fair, the more meat-centric menu options might have been better, but between the steep prices and average quality of what we already ordered, we opted to skip things like the steak or bone marrow.)As for the experience... call me old-fashioned, but I didn't appreciate the automated ordering system, whereby everything was ordered and paid for using a smart phone. While it may have been "efficient," I missed the human touch of interacting with our server throughout the meal. (Plus, I think people nowadays stare at their phones entirely too much in the first place!)“
“I usually order Local West once a week for pick up. Great food at reasonable prices, a good selection of options like sandwiches and burgers. I love the Voodoo chicken sandwich - one of the best in the city, in my opinion. Truly a nice little staple in the Gordon Square area.“
“I went here with my gentleman friend the other day. Loved the dogs! I also loved the rosé wine since I'm not a beer drinker. The waffle fries were to die for, especially with the cheese sauce; the menu said it's beer cheese but luckily I couldn't taste beer. The Little Gem Salad was disappointing, though; the romaine wasn't cut! You get it whole, so I had to cut it up. I had to prep my own salad! The dressing was meh, but the salmon I got with it was delicious. I'l be back...but I will skip the salad.“
“I went in for breakfast, meal and prices were great and fair. Ended up going back the next day and the server lady welcomed me back with a smile. I placed my order to go this time, shortly after realized that I wanted to add an order od extra toast. Pulled my money out to pay for my extra toast and the sweet lady told me to put my money back up it was on her. That type of gesture along with the delicious food will make a customer out of me forever. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT FOOD. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!❤️❤️❤️“
“I came here to honor my son as 3.25.2020 was his passing day and 3.26.91 is his birthday. This was one of his fav places to go and I love it here!Kid-friendliness: I bring my grandchildren every once in a while when I'm in the area and they love the French toast“
“What a location!! Right on the water, we were sat in the enclosed patio area and got to watch the seagulls feast with us.We started with the beer and shot and I had a sweater weather, I had them change out the vodka for tequila. It was tasty! We got the crispy broccoli and cauliflower and boy was that a treat! The veggies were super crispy and the drizzles on there are full of flavor in such a memorable way… yum!For brunch I had the fried green tomato sandwich with pork belly. Holy cow! This was a mind blowing meal.My brother got the burger. He spoke very highly of his plate as well. This is a new favorite in downtown Cleveland. In a couple months I have tickets for a concert at Nautica (Jacob’s pavilion whatever we call it these days) and this restaurant looks right out on the river at the value. I’m gonna pregame here for sure! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!Vegetarian options: Many options were on the menu for brunch at least.Parking: More parking than usual for an establishment in the Flats“
“The specials all sounded really good. I got a pineapple margarita, fried onion with fried breaded green beans in a citrus soy glaze, general tso breaded chicken sandwich and onion rings with a killer horseradish dipping sauce. Everything was great. Service was busy and working on closing the kitchen so they were a little distracted but still very friendly. Definitely recommend trying this place.“
“The service was splendid and attentive. Waitress steered me to an excellent Chardonnay. The salmon with kapocha puree and a caramelized yogurt was superb. The vegetable sushi selection was delicious. Baby lettuces salad fresh. We will go back more often!“
“Good Company is a fun restaurant both for your palate and in its vibe. They serve a variety of fusion appetizers and unique entrees. I had the Argentinian Steak Sandwich, which was lightly spicy and tangy. The steak was tender, and the onion and churri gave it a nice texture. The curry fries were still crispy when they came out with a good amount of curry placed over top. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend it.“
“We came from St Louis, Mo to visit family and we had dinner at the bistro. Gino and his staff are fantastic! The food is exquisite! I had the Chilean Sea Bass and it melted in my mouth! We also had the meatballs, lemon chicken, lasagne, veal, and of course the ice cream!! If I was allowed to give 10 stars I would! Thank you Gino!!“
