“Just ordered today threw my phone try to order at the kiosk but they don't really got all the cookies listed on their kiosk but when I ordered through my phone, they had all the cookies on there that they have on my phone app. I ordered the smores but was told they didn't have anymore the employee asked me if I wanted to replace it with something else.I said yea a brownie should be fine i waited 20 mins and then I asked, if my order what's almost done I was told by the employee that someone else took my order but, she did prepare a new order for me and gave it to me. She was very nice. An advise I got to say to management of this location and all of their locations that they should start checking customers phones. To verify that that's their order because nowadays nobody cares, they will just walk in and say, yea, that's them but in reality, it's not but, other than that, everything was good.“

“I really wish I would have gotten the girl’s name. I went in this evening because of my obsession with Stranger Things. I had seen the U.S.S. Butterscotch Sundae promoted on the website. When I asked about it, she wasn’t familiar with it, as it wasn’t being advertised at this location. I was getting pretty bummed out and about to leave. She said that if I had a picture, she would make it no problem. She never acted like I was an annoyance or anything. She laughed along with me apologizing for being “one of those people” that needed to have an exact recreation of something from a tv show. She was super great and went above and beyond. “The interiors were really nice with a toy train running over the heads of the customers. And the ambience around the location is great. Service was with a smile and they really pile on the ice cream and timings. But I found the ice cream by itself pretty average. Might be I didn’t choose the right flavour. Couldn’t find much of a difference from any other chain.“

“Amazing little shop with the absolute BEST flavors, & this coming from a girlie who likes odd flavors as well as traditional. The Orange Dream is to die for yumm, the Amaretto Cherry is an almond lovers paradise & the Cotton Candy with some marshmallow & sprinkles made me feel like a kid again! I’m about to try their Lavender Dream tonight and am crossing my fingers it’s as good as another I had when I was living in NC. I just wish they had a Matcha flavor (that’s not too sweet!)☺️💚🍵“
