Service was with a smile and they really pile on the ice cream and timings. But I found the ice cream by itself pretty average. Might be I didn’t choose the right flavour. “I can’t begin to say enough good things about this little bakery. One, they’re inclusive by having vegan and gluten free items. As someone with a dairy allergy, this is heaven sent! I always find things for my husband, but it’s difficult to get myself a little treat at times because of no DF options.

Honey Bee Bakery is beyond adorable in aesthetics. They have a large picture window, table, bookshelf, and chairs you can sit and people watch. It’s also in Medina Commons so there’s extra tables and chairs right outside the shop.

Customer service? Stellar. Friendly, helpful, even asked if I wanted my husband’s normal sweets separated from my DF sweets. Now that is a respectful shop! Prices were very, very reasonable for what you get.

I got my husband a buckeye bar and lemon bar. For myself, two vegan brownies and a churro muffin. Haven’t tried the muffin yet. However, I do recommend splitting a vegan brownie 4 ways. It’s so thick and decadent I’m still nibbling on my first one. Heat it up in the microwave for 10 seconds, and it just melts in your mouth.

“Delicious food and you wouldn't know you're eating healthy! My favorite is pitzas (pita bread based pizza) I especially enjoy the curry chicken pitza. My only wish is that pitza oven wasn't broke so often. But if it is have the chicken curry wrap. Same but just prepared as a wrap- can't go wrong with either. Wait till you see the enormous cakes. Make sure you leave room for dessert.“

I was surprised that I couldn’t find any other bakeries that offered this, but I’m glad we went with White Flower. “We had been given a gift card to The Rail, as there was a location near us in Akron. We decided to finally get around to use the gift card, because you know they just sit in those drawers forever, and discovered that the Akron location had closed. We didn't want to lose our money, so we made the trip to Strongsville so that we could use up our card. This location is in a strip mall near a large shopping mall. Plenty of parking, and the restaurant had lots of great seating options. The wait staff was very friendly, and attentive. We both got the smash burger special and it was delicious! Definitely recommend!“

“This was a decent experience. The food was excellent except for the bread that was cold and hard as a rock. The waitress was a little less than attentive, but very sweet and polite (Rachel). She was a little busy on an earlier Sunday dinner time. (3pm)
