“Nice little store in Gratis, OH, we were camping at Off the Hook and the office recommend this place, we ordered pizza and wings, service was good and the food was awesome, would eat there again, its only a take out but they also carry other items beer, munchies etc, kinda like a country store“

“I enjoyed a deli sub in-store while my pepperoni pizza was prepared for take out. The sub was loaded with lunch meats and well worth the price. The dining area is located right in the middle of the of the store, and I feel is somewhat crowded. The pizza was okay, too much pizza sauce in my opinion, but was fairly priced. I was only passing through but it appears to be located in a small town in a rural area.“

“Sarah’s has great pizza and fast delivery. Decent sticks when you get them half baked. Tonight’s been a rough one though; we put in an online order, and paid, but I forgot to add a few ranch to it so I called to ask if I could pay them for it on delivery. When they answered I said I could hold. I held. And held. At the ten minute mark I hung up to call back, I planned on apologizing but saying I just had a quick question. Wouldn’t you know it, the phone’s busy. Checked about once a minute for five minutes, to make sure it wasn’t just someone ordering. Checked one last time before sending my review. I understand being overwhelmed and understaffed, but having the phone off the hook is something that’s always struck me as unprofessional. Maybe they couldn’t do it the receiver in the cradle while I was on hold, but then that raises back the point that ten minutes is awfully long to sit on hold for a pizza shop. I just wanted a couple of cups of ranch, man…I’ll still order from Sarah’s. It’s good food, and they’re definitely great people. We don’t have many options for delivery in New Lebanon that my family can agree on but we all like Sarah’s. I just don’t feel very valued as a customer right now.

Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza is what we most often get as my mom is vegetarian. We love adding extra banana peppers, and she never gets the green olives, but it’s DEFINITELY delicious. She’s also ordered a white spinach pizza before with garlic I believe? That one was a while ago, but it, too, was delicious. The white sauce is not vegan, but the pizza sauce and the crust both are.

Parking: A couple of spots in the back lot where employees park, but we had a delivery driver clip our car once in that tiny lot, with us sitting in. It’s hard to maneuver.“

“We used to love the Eaton Ohio Cassanos and ate there quite frequently, but had not been there for a while. We went there for lunch today, ordered our usual deluxe pizza, and the pizza was terrible. It was cold and greasy. It had the usual chopped up toppings but they added small slices of Old World pepperoni as a topping which made the pizza really greasy. I can't figure out why the pizza was cold since they were not that busy. We will not be back for a long time.“

“I really enjoyed my visit to Rapid Fired Pizza! The staff were welcoming, and I loved being able to see my pizza being made fresh right in front of me. The pizza tasted amazing – great crust and plenty of tasty toppings. The only downside was the indoor atmosphere, which wasn’t very inviting for dining in, but it’s perfect for grabbing takeout. I’ll definitely be back for more!“
