“BEST CHINESE IN COLUMBUS!! Hands down!! The orange chicken, lo mein & moo goo gai pan are soo good & everything is always hot & fresh. They also have reasonable prices & fast delivery. I've never gotten anything from here that I didn't love!! Try it, you won't be disappointed!! They are a small takeout restaurant in Southeast Columbus that doesn't look like much, but the looks are deceiving. I won't get Chinese food from anywhere else in Columbus & that's a fact!“

“Nice find, good was great and the prices were great. I ordered chicken and broccoli and an egg roll. A lot of these places are hitting this with eggrolls, but there’s were one of the better ones I’ve had. Atmosphere wise it was clean, but there were stacks of boxes in the dining area and some of the tables were weathered. Look like a steady flow of regular customers, which is always a good sign“

From the energetic greeting when you walk in, to their prompt attention to your request; I have nothing but great things to say! The food is always fresh, hot and tastes Amazing everytime I've come. Billy Lee’s has become our family’s Friday tradition! Every week we come together here for good food, laughs, and quality time. The drinks are always on point – especially the lemon drops and mango cocktails, they’re our favorites! The atmosphere is welcoming and makes it the perfect spot for a family get-together. Highly recommend!“

“Their food is delicious!!! There are so many vegetables in their food. It is much less oily than other places. Because I don't order ahead, I wait at a table. I watch people come, get their order, and go for the entire time I wait. My favorite is chicken with vegetables ordered a spicy. The veggies included broccoli, snowpeas,carrots, baby corn, bamboo shoots, and fresh mushrooms. The broccoli was very crunchy, not overcooked.

This time, the takeout was in a styrofoam container that leaked in the bag, causing precious sauce to be lost. Previous orders were served in plastic containers with tight lids that didn't leak. I'm hoping this was an anomaly, not the new normal.

“Food is great. Replaced as needed. They don't always wait for it to be cold hard or empty trays before they switch like other buffets. Unlike other buffets, Asian Star's food that's supposed to be crispy is actually crispy and not soggy breading floating in sauce. I've been coming here for 25 years or more. I've been to several other buffets. No other local buffet compares.“
